Denna villa ligger perfekt i hjÀrtat av Manuel Antonio, bara 5 minuter till de vackraste strÀnderna i Costa Rica.

HÀrifrÄn kan du dominera hela omrÄdet eftersom detta förmodligen Àr ett av det högsta huset i Manuel Antonio. Koppla av i en hÀngmatta pÄ din tÀckta balkong och njut av trevliga solnedgÄngar och utsikt över Stilla havet. Alternativt vakna upp till en kopp Costa Rican kaffe och se solen komma över bergen. Denna unika villa har tropiska mandelgolv i hela huset och Àr vÀlsignad med bÀsta naturliga ljus och bris. Detta hem har ett stort sovrum med AC och king size-sÀng och 3 andra sovrum ett med queen size-sÀngar, AC, flÀktar och en privat balkong. 2 av sovrummen Àr mindre. Det finns 3 balkonger för att dominera utsikten alla tillgÀngliga frÄn vardagsrummet via fyrdubbla franska dörrar. Om du behöver 5 sovrum totalt, har vi ett pensionat som bara Àr en trappa frÄn poolomrÄdet som bara kan hyras till samma gÀster som anvÀnder denna villa.


BekvÀmligheter:: Vi har en pool och ett 1000 kvadratmeter dÀck och grill som verkar vara det "umgÄs omrÄdet" eftersom det finns en perfekt kombination av sol och skugga. Vi har ocksÄ möjlighet till en kock, sÄ för en mycket konkurrenskraftig pris, njut av middag vid poolen. Njut av livet som det antas vara.

OmrÄde: 3 km frÄn stranden, 100 meter frÄn nÀrmaste bekvÀma butik, inom gÄngavstÄnd till 3 bra restauranger, internetkaféer, apotek och ett fantastiskt kafé. 3 km till centrala Quepos.

Vi Àr inte belÀgen i ett gated community utan i ett grannskap med andra hyra villor. OmrÄdet Àr sÀkert men pÄ natten Àr gatubelysningen dÄlig. Vi rekommenderar inte denna villa för grupper som vill vara pÄ en utvÀg eller för familjer med mycket smÄ barn eftersom sovrummen Àr spridda för privatlivet. Var medveten om att vi ocksÄ har trappor som kanske inte Àr idealiska för vissa gÀster.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were 2 families with 4 young children. During our 3 week trip, Casa Alta was our last stay in Costa Rica and it was exactly what we needed. We spent the first couple days hanging at the house, getting good use out of the pool area. The house is extremely spacious, clean and in a great, walk-able location with a beautiful view. Natalia, the house manager, and Tamara, the house keeper, were super friendly and courteous. Tamara came everyday we were there except for Sunday. Communication, check-in/out were easy. Hanging by the pool, we saw toucans, a squirrel monkey, many birds flying close by the house and you can hear howler monkeys. We also utilized the kitchen and grill. It was such an amazing house. We highly recommend Casa Alta!

This is one of the nicest rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. It is beautiful and well-maintained. Three of the bedrooms have their own, pretty secluded space and bathrooms. The fourth, which is by the kitchen and front door, is still perfectly nice and right next to the bathroom that serves the main floor. There are not a whole lot of sidewalks in town, but the property is well located with very nearby grocery store and restaurants you can walk to. It is in between Quepos and the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park - not very long to drive to either one. The property manager is very helpful. Excellent value for the money. Considering coming back to Manuel Antonio just so we can stay in this house for longer next time

Casa Alta 3 night stay

Place was beautiful and clean. Laundry service midway through was really great. Loved relaxing in the pool after a long, hot day. Natty was very nice and helpful.

Amazing getaway

This property has so many amazing features! The property itself was wonderful, very clean with a beautiful outdoor space and pool. It is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and a short driving distance to beautiful beaches. There are so many things to do in the area and the property manager was extremely helpful in organizing itineraries. Our family had an unforgettable experience in Costa Rica.

Excellent location for Manuel Antonio

We loved watching the monkeys at sunrise, having wine on the deck during sunset, lounging in the pool after excursions, and being close to restaurants and the grocery. We’d absolutely stay in this house again. Plus, the concierge service is an amazing perk. She organized a chef to come make us dinner the first night, after a very long travel day. It was perfect.

Costa Rica paradise

Our family had a great time at this house! Pool was wonderful and Natalia was so helpful in booking excursions and transportation. We saw a sloth right by our house as well as parakeets and toucans. Grocery store and restaurants close by is you don’t mind some hilling walking. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay. Great house. Great location.

The house was terrific. Beautiful inside and out. I loved the private deck off the MBR (great for reading, a glass of wine during a rainstorm, or hiding from your kids). The house was well stocked, beds comfortable. The location is super - can walk to the grocery store and shops and restaurants. A housekeeper comes daily, and can do some laundry (which was so helpful!) The absolute highlight though was the house manager Naty who was INVALUABLY helpful in booking excursions and giving tips before our trip and while we were there. She was so on top of things and so kind and helpful. Thank you Naty for a terrific stay!

Great property! Did not disappoint. Natalya was great!

We has a wonderful stay and the staff went above and beyond to assist us in every aspect. Very clean and the pictures were accurate. One bit of advice would be that the grocery stores in the area are very overpriced but we learned that there are better options in Quepos, just down the road. The bus will get you there for roughly .80 cents/$1.60 round trip. Thank you to Natalya and her crew! We’ll be back!

Our tree house in Manuel Antonio

The house was lovely - just as it appears in the pictures and very clean. Natalia, the property manager, helped with all logistics and even set up activities for us. Tamara, the housekeeper, kept the house spotless and even did our laundry for us. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a place to stay in Manuel Antonio! A few tips - You might want to consider renting a car. Manuel Antonio has narrow roads, lots of traffic, and no sidewalks. The house has a parking space. There are little grocery stores all over Manuel Antonio but they are expensive. The Max Pali store in Quepos is bigger and much less expensive.

A must stay! Great location, great service, perfect for families!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Manuel Antonia, this is a excellent choice! Natalie the property host will take care of ALL your needs and questions. Groceries, transportation, excursions... she is just a whatsapp message away. Her responses are SUPER quick too! The house-- There are 3 levels. 2 bedrooms on 3rd level, 1 next to the kitchen and living space on 2nd level, and 1 on 1st level. All have bathrooms. If you are concerned about stairs, this probably isn't the place for you. The kitchen table only have 4 chairs, but there is a table and 5 chairs outside by the pool. There were 8 lounge chairs by the pool. There is a full kitchen to cook and a BBQ available for use as well. Location-- walking distance from markets, casual shopping, MANY restraunts, and bus stop to go to the beach or Quepos. The bus price was 385 colones at the time Feb 2024. A taxi can be pricey, but Natalie can get you in touch with a good one. We had 8 people in our group and flew into San Jose. It is a 2.5 hr drive from the airport. Natalie can get you a private shuttle. You can rent a car....but if you're not used to driving in a foreign country I'm not sure I'd recommend it. There are NO addresses in Costa Rica. Everything is labeled by home/hotel/restraunt name. I'm not sure there is many laws for driving there beside maybe a speed limit. A chef is available and a maid for laundry. We didn't utilize the chef, but the maid did clean often. She didn't cost but we did leave a tip.

Perfect family villa

The villa was amazing. We loved cooling off in the pool. Natalia and Tamara were both fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay at the villa met all our needs while staying in Manuel Antonio. Our 3 kids liked having their own bed and bath. we enjoyed the wildlife that surrounded and ability to walk to stores and restaurants. Natalia was great help in setting up tours that we had interest in, including transportation. We especially liked the private tour she set up for us with Henry through Green coast adventure tours!

This was a wonderful stay. The home is in a great location and has space for everyone. Beautiful views and close to a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. The parking situation was hard for us because we had a large van, but we made it work and had a great time here.

Save yourself a search and book this house! We absolutely loved our stay here!! Four adults and four kids, the perfect amount of space. The house is clean, beautiful, and in a great location for the activities we had planned. Naty, the house manager, was extremely helpful. I had so many questions, sometimes at multiple times per day, and she answered everything promptly. She helped us book multiple activities, beach concierge, and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Also the housekeeper is amazing! It truly felt like a vacation!

Outstanding villa in a perfect location. Many good restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. A short distance from the main road and quiet. Everything was in good working order, and the photos are accurate. The concierge, Natalia, is responsive, pleasant, and able to connect you to the best excursions in the area. The public bus runs every 15 minutes from a stop one block away down the hill to the national park for under 1 USD. We are fortunate to have traveled the world, and this was one of the best lodging experiences anywhere.
