Quiet Spring Break

Not everyone is looking for an action packed spring break! Tiki Hut was the quiet, serene getaway we needed! Tastefully decorated, thoughtful welcome bag, and one amazing view! We loved everything about this little place!

Great Location

We loved the property and the location. We had issues with the A/C units not functioning properly. We reported this to Surf & Sound and were told it was going to be addressed, but then had no more communication with them and no one came to look at or fix it. Other than some warm evenings/nights when the A/C shut off, we enjoyed our stay.

Very cute and great location, needs tlc

Very cute and well appointed except bedroom TV did not work, no one came to fix after we complained. Also front door needs repair. Would give 5 stars if deck had some shade covering and privacy screening for hot tub.

The location was great. The house was dirty…actual dirt, sand & tons of animal fur in most corners. The linens/pillows were unusable…stained & smelled horrible. The oven/stove were filthy. The gas grill did not work. I will save these comments just for the owner & management & not post them on social media, but I do hope steps are taken for improvement for future guests.
