This stately and spacious townhome is the perfect corporate retreat or gathering spot for friends and family. The last unit at the end of a cul-de-sac affords tranquility and privacy for your stay. This 1,452 square foot house features great gathering spaces on the main floor, whether in the spacious living room, grand dining room, or gourmet kitchen. Or hang out and watch a movie in the upstairs loft lounge. With 3 bedrooms and an office on separate floors, guests can also retreat to their own private quarters.
Level 1 / Ground Floor - 1 bedroom with queen bed; 1 full bath with stand-up shower; laundry room; 2-car garage (features Tesla charger).
Level 2 / Main Floor - Living room; dining room with table for 6; gourmet kitchen with island seating for 3 and breakfast table for 6.
Level 3 - Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite master bathroom; separate office with executive desk, queen-sized pull out sofa, and full bath.
Level 4 - Loft lounge area with vaulted ceilings; 1 bedroom with two single beds; 1 full bath.
Maximum adult guests: 6
Minimum age of renter: 25 years old

To protect both host and guests, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware that as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.
We will be placing a security deposit hold for $750 on your credit card through a secure payment portal. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after your stay, provided there are no issues.
