You are 1.5 miles from the light rail, and 9 miles from both Tempe & Scottsdale (both 15-20 minute drive). Airport uber is $8.

The home blends all the best parts of modern living in a comfortable space. This home is truly one of a kind as it sits in a large lot of almost 1/3 of an acre in the middle of Phoenix with a beautiful outdoor space, heated pool, guest house, and a rooftop terrace!
