Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the heart of the farming district of Puyallup. This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watson’s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. You will not be disappointed!!

3 days day in Puyallup

It was a very nice space that looked new and modern and matched the online photos. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. While there was some training noise in the distance it was not bothersome.

Excellent stay! The place was beautiful and host was amazing. Would recommend to anyone headed to the Seattle area. Our host not only had a beautiful place for us to stay but she also gave us many ideas of things to do and even ordered a grill to use when we asked if they had one which was not necessary but shows they want your stay to be perfect. Fantastic stay, lovely hosts

This place tops the list for us as the best place to stay in Washington when we visit family, and we plan to book again on our next trip. Very clean, seamless check-in, communicative hosts. Every need is met, from new and comfortable mattresses to sound machines in the bedrooms to zipper bags of every size in the kitchen.

Property is above the 3-car garage of a primary residence, with private entrance. So long as one is able to take one flight of stairs up to the area, everything is as advertised -- and likely lesser stairs overall compared to many Seatlle-area properties, where 2 or 3 stories are typical. Very nice floorplan and finishing touches -- upper-end, new-quality construction. Spacious and comfortable. We did not encounter any neighbors or homeowner. Nearby train might bother some (occasional whistles), but wasn't something that would dissuade us from staying again. Comfortably met our needs.

Great for my family of 5 and under but recommend a child gate for the stairs. We make 2-3 trips a year to Sumner and plan on using this home for our vacation stays.

Beautiful apartment above the garage

This beautiful three bedroom apartment is located mostly above the garage in a huge home. That only matters because we were a while lot less stressed about being slightly noisy in the evenings when we came home from our day's adventures. We found it central located and visited, Olympic NP, Seattle, and Rainier NP.

Perfect Location to Gather Family for Daughter’s Wedding

This VRBO was perfect for us. We had six adults and three kiddos staying for daughter’s wedding in Auburn. We chose Puyallup as the location was convenient to Auburn. We also chose this VRBO because the number of bedrooms, generous gathering spaces and kitchen seemed to best match our needs as we prepped for the wedding. All linens, bedding and beds were quality and comfortable. Joan even borrowed us her stand mixer so we could easily make frosting for the wedding cake. Even though location was in an agricultural area, we did venture north to Seattle the day after the wedding for some city fun. All in all, a beautiful week at a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The owners were so accommodating! Even though they were on the property with us, they respected our privacy. The train did not bother any of us and we loved the snacks that were left in the basket in the kitchen. We chose this neighborhood 30 years ago to raise and homeschool our six children. Our children are adults now and we are enjoying our many grandchildren!

The Beautiful Valley Farm is surrounded on 3 sides by a salmon bearing creek. We are close to I-5 and Hiway167. The State Fair has its home in Puyallup, where our family performed music together for 15 years!
The Sounder train runs from Puyallup to Seattle daily, making a delightful day trip. Ask us for free parking options near the station.
