Welcome to Chattanooga, one of Tennessee’s most ICONICK places. Chattanooga is known for
its large freshwater aquarium, walking bridge, outdoor activities, many breweries, and
Chattanooga Whisky! We are proud to share our little slice of paradise in the heart of the city
with Franklin’s Retreat.
It’s a completely remodeled duplex apartment, approximately 800 sq ft, just minutes from
downtown Chattanooga, with multiple restaurants and sites to be seen.

Perfect size

I had a wonderful stay and the property was just the perfect size. Convenient to lots of restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed this quaint little house over the week of Thanksgiving. It was nice and clean with close proximity to restaurants and stores. It made for an enjoyable trip.

Perfect location!

The property was beautiful. It was located in a quiet neighborhood near nature and minutes from the best restaurants in town. It's only about a 5 minute drive to the aquarium and all the fun that area of town has to offer. I will stay at this property for future visits if it is available.

Overall a nice 2 night accommodation

The property was perfect for a two night stay. It has been renovated very nicely, the decor was nice. Everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed. Only two downfalls were: with larger vehicles, There is not enough room for two vehicles to park and neighboring house to the left was very unsightly. However, that would not deter us from staying again. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Weekend Chattanooga Trip

Our stay was here incredible! The home was clean, within walking distance to Chattanoogas North Shore district, the hosts were great, plus the home was newly remodeled and is beautifully decorated. 10/10

Nice but not what expected

The listing picture was slightly different from actuality in the sense that reality was a little darker with the cabinet color and darker curtains--not a big deal. What kind of was a big deal was the surrounding homes were not in the best shape and seemed sketchy. The location was right across the river from downtown Chattanooga, so that was convenient. All in all, it worked out, but I don't think we'd stay there again even though, for the price, it was a good deal.

Great experience

My husband and I rented this home for a long weekend with our one year old son in tow. We had a hiccup with the AC unit not working properly and the temperature was very hot so the place warmed up fast. Gregory responded immediately and tried to get the ac fixed quickly but no one was available to work on it until the morning. He offered to put us up in a hotel or another home that was available. When we asked if there was anyway we could try to stay (we were very settled in.. and it was past bed time for our little fella) Gregory went and out bought fans to bring to the house so we could have a good nights sleep! The ac was fixed promptly the next day and worked well the rest of our trip. We appreciated all his efforts so much throughout our visit! The house was clean and cozy and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Unique spot close to downtown

This property will meet the needs of a single traveler or a couple who seeks location of main city action as a top priority. It's ideally located by all the action and not a far ride from other attractions. Although the property is smaller the owner did a great job in utilizing the space. The bathroom was surprisingly bigger than expected and the well remodeled. The laundry room was a great touch to have full size machines. The mattress was very comfortable. The bird sanctuary across the street was really peaceful. The owner is responsive and understanding. Some feedback to help make this property shine even more would include changing out the bathroom blind to lend to something with more privacy, a handrail by the front steps and a note to future renters when they are in the booking process that there tenants in the back unit. Unfortunately you can hear them walking, banging, and entering/ exit property and if the traveler was aware ahead of time it would help with any blindside frustrations. The traveler would already have expectations set.

Easy set up through Expedia, unable to connect with owner except outside of Expedia since the messages came through to an account I had no access. But we adapted and enjoyed the stay
