Sunset Center är ett angränsande par familjesemesterhus. "Sun House" är ett 6 sovrum, 4 badrum fritidshus med en privat gated 15x30 uppvärmd pool, 6 personer badtunna, leklandskap och trädbevuxen ravin parti. Fastigheten är en enkel 4 kvarts promenad nerför trottoaren till South Beach, Kid's Corner och shopping och restauranger i centrum.

Alla bekvämligheter i hemmet tillhandahålls, inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare, sängkläder, alla köksapparater (inklusive kylskåp med is- och vattendispenser, räckvidd, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn), köksredskap, gratis telefon för långa avstånd, gratis trådlöst internet, 8 kabel-TV ( 4 X1 röstaktiverade lådor med appar som Netflix, Youtube och åtkomst till HDR och fyra grundläggande kabelboxar för återstoden), många DVD / VCR-spelare, CD-spelare, för att bara nämna några.

Huset är perfekt för familjer med barn i alla åldrar. Poolen och badtunnan är grindade för ditt skydd. Både främre och bakre trädgården är inhägnad.

Njut av flexibiliteten och bekvämligheten med att ha 6 privata sovrum, bekvämt beläget i hela huset! 4 sovrum är på övervåningen. Den ena är en stor master-svit med privat badrum. Ytterligare ett badrum finns i övervåningen. 2 sovrum är i bottenvåningen, vardera intill separat badrum. Huset har en öppen design, med vardagsrum, matplats och kök alla öppna för varandra i ett "fantastiskt" rum. Solrummet har utsikt över trädgårdspoolen och den trädbevuxna ravingården. Solrummet kan nås från antingen korridoren eller genom köket.

Det finns ytterligare ett bonusrum på nedervåningen som kallas 'futon-rummet' eller 'lekrummet' eftersom det kan stängas av som ett sjunde sovrum med en futon eller användas som ett annat gemensamt vardagsrum med TV / video / DVD med ett videobibliotek och bokhyllor laddade med böcker, spel och leksaker.

Poolen är öppen och uppvärmd från maj till ungefär 1 oktober. Badtunnan är öppen och uppvärmd året runt. Njut av det sällsynta varma vattnet i South Haven i juni och september!

Exceptional place, exceptional owner

Everyone wants to come back! The accommodations were comfortable and clean with so much available for summertime fun. The location is close to both the beach, which is pristine, and the town, which is hoppin', giving our children and their families much to enjoy with little travel. Jim was so kind and generous, making sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay in his beautiful home a vacation to remember. Thank you, Jim!

Great house, great location

We go someplace every new years weekend to celebrate a family gathering. This property ty was exceptional! Very well stocked, everything worked as it should, close proximity to downtown and the owner, Jim, was accessible when we needed him. It’s definitely a property we would come back to.

Amazing vacation location!

We had an absolute amazing time at this location for vacation! We came right before Memorial Day weekend and it was awesome! We had 5 kids and the pool was so much fun for them! There were so many kid items there as well as toys for them, which was helpful! We did rent the golf cart as well and had so much going for little golf cart rides, heading down to the marina, or going the few blocks to the sand/lake! The location of this house makes it easy to walk wherever you want to go or take a quick ride. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions as well. We definitely would recommend this spot to anyone looking to take a trip!

Ladies' wkd getaway

This house was great for our group of women to enjoy for the wkd. We appreciate that there was a full kitchen with plenty oof cookware and appliances. We were grateful for four bathrooms and found the heated pool and hot tub to be quite relaxing!

South Haven Fall Getaway

Very nice home, lots of bedrooms and (finally) a decent number of bathrooms, which is hard to find. Fun area and the residents are friendly and very welcoming! Owner is nice and accommodating of requests. We had a good rental experience!

Comfortable House. Great Location

Great place for our annual Christmas / New Years Family Hangout. Comfortable and clean. Close to lots of shopping. Highly recommend for families with kids. Tons of toys, garage is full of bikes, play areas. Would be so fun in the summer.

Big place, big memories

The owner was helpful and accommodating the hot tub was amazing! This place had more than enough room for our large group and the Atari machine on the wall provided hours of group fun in the cold weather. Great location, short walk to the shops and restaurants and a nice quiet view out back amongst the trees. We will be back again. Thanks Jim!

Nice spacious house

There was 8 in our family group, plenty of sleeping options. Kitchen a little small. Arcade game was a hit. I would recommend paying the extra and renting the golf cart. Convenient to downtown and lake. Overall good place to stay. Would not recommend October, lots of place and things to do were closed and it rained all 3 days.

Most amazing stay ever!!

Properties were amazing, pictures didnt do them justice!! Whenever we had a need for anything, we found it in the house already. The owner truly thought of everything! We had great communication with the owner. I couldn't have picked a better VRBO home!! We were here for our wedding and had family(some from out of the country)stay with us, and they were equally impressed. Amazing!

Family time

Loved our long weekend in South Haven; the house gave us perfect walking access to downtown as well as to the beach. Bedrooms and baths (and four showers!) met the needs of all of us—6 adults and 5 kids ages 15, 14, 13, 12, and 12. Pool and hot tub were used frequently. We cooked all our own meals—great gas grill and good assortment of pots and pans. Appreciated the supply of paper supplies provided—even Kleenex in the bathrooms. Good communication with Jim, who checked in and provided any needed assistance. We wished the house had been a little bit cleaner, but overall would gladly come back.

Great property/Some issues

This will be a great news/not so great type of review. First the great. The house was great. Upon our arrival it was clean and accommodated my family perfectly. There was plenty of room for our three daughters and nine grandchildren ranging from 11 years old to four months. The bedrooms were setup nicely and the four bathrooms came in handy with such a large group. Supplies were adequate and greatly appreciated. Much time was spent enjoying the front porch and sunroom. No complaints about any of this part of the property. My main issues were with the outside part of the property which was a huge factor in our decision to rent this property. Upon our arrival I found the pool and deck areas less than satisfactory. There were bird droppings on the sides of the pool and on the deck area. The entire area was littered with leaves and tree debris. I had guests arriving in three hours and knew the first thing my grandkids would want to do is hit the pool. I was able to make a quick trip to the nearby Ace Hardware and purchased a blast nozzle and spent about two hours remedying this problem that I feel should never have been an issue to begin with. After this was taken care of we had a great week of swimming and family fun at this house. The location is great and I believe the host to be an honest and honorable man. Because of the issues described above I can't give more than an 8 out of 10 review. Our experience was great other than these issues

Comfortable, convenient, and clean

The property is conveniently located, and pictures provided accurately represent the interior and exterior spaces. The amenities provided facilitate fun and relaxation for all age groups. The kitchen is well equipped; indoor and outdoor cooking options and supplies are consistent with the number of guests the house comfortably accommodates. The check in and out procedures are clear, and processes are smooth. We did not have a need to contact the host during our stay, but he reached out to us upon our arrival to ensure everything was in order and answer any initial questions regarding the property and amenities. Our group enjoyed the property, which is suitable for families or adult groups. We would return to this rental without hesitation based on our experience. Thank you to the host for attention to detail and commitment to a positive guest experience.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We vacationed in South Haven for the first time in August of 2004. At that time, we had a family of 4, with a newborn and 1 year old. The town was so beautiful and kid-friendly that we knew we wanted to come back over and over. Since we are originally from Illinois and now live in the middle of Michigan, the South Haven location is a perfect meeting place for our family gatherings. We fell in love so quickly with the town that we purchased a 3 bedroom house in South Haven in November of 2004. We labored all winter to completely renovate the house into a 6 bedroom vacation home specifically designed for family reunions. We finished just in time for the summer of 2005 summer renters and the rest is history, with 100+ family reunions enjoyed at our homes!

We sincerely believe our properties are unmatched in the South Haven area for a family vacation. We have packed more amenities into our homes than any other home in our price range. 2 homes, 6 bedrooms in each, 4 bathrooms, heating swimming pool, luxury hot tub, playground, 8 HDTVs, short walk to beach, short walk to downtown. We love being able to walk everywhere we need to go in town. We are centrally located, so that we can walk to the beach or walk to downtown in about the same time.
