As a hospitality professional, it has always been my dream to create a welcoming space where vacationers can truly enjoy the beauty and magic of the island I love. This home is a reflection of that dream â a place to relax, recharge, and soak in all that Puerto Rico has to offer.
Located in the heart of Luquillo, you're surrounded by stunning beaches and vibrant nightlife. I start my mornings with a walk along the shoreline, getting in some exercise while the waves gently roll in. By day, youâll often find me with a good book in hand, sunbathing on the beach. And as the sun sets, thereâs nothing better than sipping a glass of wine on the balcony or heading to the nearby Kioskos to savor authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and mingle with the locals.
While my ultimate goal is to live full time on this incredible island, for now, Iâm grateful to share this special home with guests from around the world. I hope it brings you the same peace, joy, and unforgettable memories it brings me.

Vista Mar has been thoughtfully furnished for a home feel. The views are breathtaking and the property is centrally located five minutes from Play Azaul Beach, Luquillo Kioske's, award winning golf courses and Rain Forest. Marina's to all types of ocean sports is a 10 minute drive to Fajardo. Safe community. Access to a two car garage. You will have a choice of elevator or stairs to your front door. 35 minutes from San Juan. The recreational area includes a warm and inviting Infiniti pool also a jacuzzi. The property is fully air conditioned, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an air unit. This apartment is spacious and comfortable for a couple or a family.
