Spring break ski vacation with family

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Highlights included the shuttle service that would drop you off right at the mountain. So convenient and hassle free! My children loved all the board games that were left at property and we had many family game nights! We also enjoyed the hot tip almost daily after skiing. The view is absolutely incredible! You can beat the convenience of this location if you are coming ti ski!!!

Wonderful condo, good location

We had a great time staying in Ann's condo. She was very responsive when we had questions. The shuttle to the ski area was just steps outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked. Having extra towels for the hot tub was a nice extra.

Wonderful condo!

We booked based on the great reviews - and I’m glad we did! Communication was friendly and thorough, condo was very clean and well stocked, the view was beautiful, and the mountain shuttle was just steps away from the front door. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic!

We loved our stay at this condo! Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great view, super convenient shuttle to and from gondola, helpful in unit washer/dryer, nice exercise room, hot hot tubs! We felt at home here. We loved looking at the valley and distant mountains at various times of day and night, and enjoyed seeing the occasional hot anir balloons. And skiing was super too! Thanks so much!

A White Christmas with a VIEW!

We are a family of 4 and we had 2 friends join us. The apartment was perfect. Nice and warm, very clean, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a view to die for. There is a great free shuttle into Steamboat Square and this came every 10 minutes or so. We had an outdoor spa and used the complex sauna too. It was a magical Christmas for us and something very different to a summer Christmas, like we are used to. Thanks Ann for all your help.

Ski getaway before Xmas

We were family of five with three teenagers. Condo was clean and comfortable. Sleeping arrangement worked out fine but might be better if the second bedroom had bunk beds instead of a queen. Not a big deal, we made it work. Being on a shuttle route and so close to the base made it easy for everyone to come and go on their schedules. Didn’t need to rent a car. Communication with Ann was easy and prompt. Overall a great stay and will definitely rent from Ann if and when we decide to come back to Steamboat! Thank you!

Floridians Visit Steamboat Springs

I would first like to say the condominium was as it appears online. It was very well maintained, clean, lots of extras, and an excellent view of the Yampa River Valley. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the condominium balcony. It was enjoyable to watch rain and thunderstorms roll into the valley from the west. Most mornings brought a view of a hot air balloon rising and setting not far away. The condominium was well situated for our needs. We met three other couples from Pensacola Florida in Steamboat. The condominium was well stocked with dishes and other nice amenities, as we entertained a couple times. Three things to know about the condominium: 1) There are four steps down from the parking lot to access the unit; 2) There is only one overnight parking spot; and 3) The master bathroom is small. None of these were problems for us but it was good to know when planning a trip. We only had one issue during our stay. The master bathroom toilet and cold-water valve in the sink were controlled by a cut off valve under the sink. This valve was closed when we checked in, which meant the previous guest, or the maintenance crew was aware of the issue but failed to advise our host. To stop the toilet from constantly running, we had to get down on the floor and reach into the vanity cabinet to turn the water on and off. When the toilet water was turned off, so was the cold water in the sink. We informed the host, but she was unable to get it fixed during our stay.

Great condo, great views

We really enjoyed our stay, it's a nice condo in a very quiet area. Only negatives were the pillows provided weren't very comfortable and the floors in the unit above were pretty creaky when that owner walked around. However, having A/C was nice to have in the summer, and you can't beat the view from the balcony.

Great condo with awesome access

our family thoroughly enjoyed the Spring break skiing made comfortable and convenient by lodging at the condo. The unit is good size for family of five, very clean, kitchen well equipped and in unit laundry is useful during longer stays. Hot tubs and gym on the property were also enjoyed by us. The shuttle service to Steamboat base area is just steps away from the condo and frequent enough to make for a "slope side" feel.

Great place for a getaway

Place is great. The view is awesome, the place is clean, and has plenty of space for a group. Hot tub is also really nice. Lastly, the shuttle comes right to the place to take you to the gondola.

Everything perfect and Beyond expectations

The view was 100 times better than I imagined. It was so nice to go back to this place after skiing, to look out over the valley while we eat our dinner and lunch. The host really did think of everything, which is rare for a rental. the kitchen had everything the bathrooms had everything, there is even a heater in the ski closet, the kitchen is functional and stocked with everything you might need. The ski shuttle works Perfect, the hot tubs are hot, the cable has all the channels… Everything was perfect!

Great place. Great rental experience.

The place is nice. The shuttle to/from the base of steamboat is easy. Ann is easy to communicate with. Instructions are provided throughout the condo for operating things like the washer/dryer or dishwasher. We felt like we were staying a a friend’s place and our friend wanted to make sure we had a good experience.

Holiday in Steamboat

The condo is exactly as advertised. The view is incredible and worth coming back for. Access to the mountain is easy with the shuttle and it is close enough to walk if that suits you. Our family enjoyed the fitness center and hot tubs during our stay as well. Ann was very responsive and made the entire experience seamless. Thanks for the wonderful family time in Steamboat.
