Dessa lägenheter var rensad och helt ombyggda ... väggar slits ut för att skapa en öppen planlösning i vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket. knotty alder skåp, bänkskivor i granit, matta och trägolv. Två plattskärms-TV med HBO och DVR, hemmabios surroundljud, gratis höghastighets trådlöst internet. WinkBeds (ny 2019) med Sheraton kuddar och lakan. Båda badrummen renoverade, ett med bubbelbubbelbadkar och uppvärmd stengolv. Takfläktar i alla rum. Plysch vardagsrum soffa och vilstol. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten.

Ligger högt uppe på berget, njut av den spektakulära panoramautsikten från vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket. Skjut öppna tre-panel glasdörr, steg ut på den privata balkong och ta i lila nyanser av solnedgången över Emerald Mountain. Det enda som hindrar vyn från bergen och den vackra Yampa dalen kan vara en tillfällig luftballong.

Gratis bussbussar direkt på väg, bara några steg från din ytterdörr tar dig till (och från) gondolen, från 7:30 till 17:00 under skidsäsongen. De kör även under dagen och kvällen till livsmedelsbutiker, spritbutiker, restauranger och nattliv.

This place delivered as advertised: it was very clean, very comfortable and perfectly located, offering both Mountain views but convenient access to shops, food and activities. Ann was responsive and friendly and we all agreed this is where we’d stay if we come back!

Great property

Beautiful view of the whole valley from the porch. Nicely equipped condo. Convenient parking in an open air lot. Excellent place to stay for our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break ski vacation with family

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Highlights included the shuttle service that would drop you off right at the mountain. So convenient and hassle free! My children loved all the board games that were left at property and we had many family game nights! We also enjoyed the hot tip almost daily after skiing. The view is absolutely incredible! You can beat the convenience of this location if you are coming ti ski!!!

Fantastic!

We loved our stay at this condo! Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great view, super convenient shuttle to and from gondola, helpful in unit washer/dryer, nice exercise room, hot hot tubs! We felt at home here. We loved looking at the valley and distant mountains at various times of day and night, and enjoyed seeing the occasional hot anir balloons. And skiing was super too! Thanks so much!

We loved our stay in Steamboat!! Ann’s condo was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Ann answered any and all questions promptly, everything went so smoothly. We spent so much time on the deck, the view is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Steamboat Springs.

Great stay in Steamboat Springs

Checking in was a breeze once you got past the vehicle registration. Place was well equipped and the accommodations good for our big family and the furnishings were beautiful. We had a man awesome view. Groceries and dining establishments were fairly close.

A White Christmas with a VIEW!

We are a family of 4 and we had 2 friends join us. The apartment was perfect. Nice and warm, very clean, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a view to die for. There is a great free shuttle into Steamboat Square and this came every 10 minutes or so. We had an outdoor spa and used the complex sauna too. It was a magical Christmas for us and something very different to a summer Christmas, like we are used to. Thanks Ann for all your help.

Best stay ever!

This is probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever used! And the description is spot on… gorgeous views. It’s so cozy to sit by the fireplace and watch the snow fall. Ann was extraordinarily friendly and helpful with all our questions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Wonderful time in the "Boat"

Ann's home is the perfect place to enjoy Steamboat Springs. The view from her terrace is amazing. The location is convenient to everything in the area. Plus, Ann is highly communicative and makes everything so easy. Her home had everything you'll need. We would definitely return in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

We will definitely be returning next winter! Amazing location. Very close to the ski slopes with a shuttle that takes you there for free. The place was very clean and cozy. Quick communication from the host. Amazing amenities! Thank you!!

This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and it was such an amazing little get away! Ann is so sweet and very attentive! Her place is so homey and very very clean! The view is breathtaking! From the minute we got there till we left we had an amazing time! I will be booking another visit soon and well be staying here again in the future! Highly recommended!!!!

Cozy place with the best views!

We loved our stay at this mountain condo. Great location with easy access to the shuttle right out the front door. The home felt so homey and nice to come back to and hang out at. Kitchen had everything we needed and the views were the best part to really feel like you were getting all the mountains views in Steamboat. Property owner was very kind and timely at responding. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved it here and would highly recommend renting this property.

Floridians Visit Steamboat Springs

I would first like to say the condominium was as it appears online. It was very well maintained, clean, lots of extras, and an excellent view of the Yampa River Valley. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the condominium balcony. It was enjoyable to watch rain and thunderstorms roll into the valley from the west. Most mornings brought a view of a hot air balloon rising and setting not far away. The condominium was well situated for our needs. We met three other couples from Pensacola Florida in Steamboat. The condominium was well stocked with dishes and other nice amenities, as we entertained a couple times. Three things to know about the condominium: 1) There are four steps down from the parking lot to access the unit; 2) There is only one overnight parking spot; and 3) The master bathroom is small. None of these were problems for us but it was good to know when planning a trip. We only had one issue during our stay. The master bathroom toilet and cold-water valve in the sink were controlled by a cut off valve under the sink. This valve was closed when we checked in, which meant the previous guest, or the maintenance crew was aware of the issue but failed to advise our host. To stop the toilet from constantly running, we had to get down on the floor and reach into the vanity cabinet to turn the water on and off. When the toilet water was turned off, so was the cold water in the sink. We informed the host, but she was unable to get it fixed during our stay.

Had great stay. Great host. Only thing was beds a tad small and there was not a dedicated ac to the bedrooms. We kinda figured it out. Totally understand not needing much ac in mountains.

The view! Plus, it's in a quiet location, but just 1/2 mile drive (and about a 15 minute downhill walk) to where all the action is at the base of the ski mountain.
