Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.

The house is limited to 14 (fourteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed by prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.
