Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the lake view didn’t meet your expectations during this stay. We know the 'waterfront experience' is a huge part of the draw to our home, and we want every guest to feel they have the perfect backdrop for their vacation. View visibility can sometimes shift depending on the season, local foliage, or lake levels, but we always want our photos to be as accurate as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure our listing continues to provide a clear picture of the current landscape. We would love the chance to host you again and help find the perfect property for your next trip!

Beautiful and relaxing. We had neighbors on both sides during our stay and we could not hear them through the walls. The view from the three outdoor areas was beautiful. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely come back.

Very beautiful. I wish listing told when pool is open as kids were hoping to swim and couldn’t. The floors were turning their feet black after not being there very long… It’s certainly a nice place but those things put it at a 4 for us.

Great stay!

The condo was awesome! It is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for the three couples staying. The balcony overlooking the water was a perfect spot enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely chose to stay here again. Super nice property!

Lake Vacation

The Xanadu was perfect for our group of eight! The teens had plenty of space for fun and we had plenty of space to relax on our own separate deck and take in the beautiful lake scenery!

Perfection

This rental was perfect for our two families of 4. The kids enjoyed having their own space in the extra large bunk room with sitting area. Having 2 sets of washers/dryers was also so convenient after long lake days! The host answered all of our questions promptly and we had no issues during our stay! If we visit Hot Springs again we will definitely book here!

Beautiful condo and great host!

We just spent 6 days at Xanadu in Hot Springs and everything was perfect! Beautiful condo, great location, great pool and fire pit. On the 1st day we realized there was no grill at our condo, called them and the person we talked to was so helpful and got a brand new grill delivered the next morning! We highly recommend this location!

Picture perfect townhome!

We loved staying in this town home! It is beautifully put together and had lots of room for all our family. The outdoor porches on each of the three levels are such cute places to visit. The third floor has its own little coffee area and a washer and dryer with another washer and dryer on the bottom level. Our boys loved sleeping in the built-in double bunk beds. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful condo near Lake Hamilton

The condo is near Lake Hamilton and a little further away from Hot Springs National Park, Adventure Cove, and Garvan Woodlands Gardens (15-20 minute drive). The condo itself is beautiful as it is very new and certainly very well-maintained. Our only issue with the place was some of the lights kept turning off. It seems to be a breaker issue. Anytime you used a patio light, the living room light would flicker and occasionally turn off. Thankfully there were other lights throughout the place that kept this issue from being a real issue. The owner wasn't as responsive by email but was easy to get ahold of once I found their number. The place only had a shared swimming pool. No grill or outdoor water equipment to use so just something to consider if you are looking at a getaway for grilling or hoping to do any lake activities.

Hi Lynda! Thanks so much for your review. I’m so sorry that you were not pleased with the property. We take this very seriously. 4-star reviews are detrimental to our business, so we do everything in our power to make sure our guests are happy. I was not aware that you sent us an email during your stay. I went back and checked, and the only email we have from you is from the checkout instructions on 4/12 at 5:23pm. I remember speaking to you on the phone and handling your issue with the lights. We have since had the breaker issue fixed. There was some moisture in the ceiling fan on the back patio from pressure washing that was causing the circuit to short out. As for the water toys: The listing states that we have them for rent. Grills: there are two grills on the property located at both ends of the covered parking area. I’m so sorry for the confusion on this. Swimming Pool: the listing states that this is a shared pool and that it is in a condo complex. I am so sorry if you had a bad experience. I wish there was something we could do to make this right and change your mind on this 4-star review for these things. I hope that you will visit one of our properties again in the future, so we can make things right for you. We would love to host you again! Best, Carey Owner Overnight Digs
