Fathers Day Weekend

We had a good time. Check in was a breeze. Although he tried to accommodate us the grill did not work and we had to make other arrangements for our Father’s Day dinner

Thank you Mark for coming to stay with us. We apologize about the grill. Upon inspection we found that the grill was simply unplugged. the grill uses a glow plug system to ignite and we found that it had been unplugged and so it would not turn on

Great property

Great location in the center of Northern Arizona. Perfect base camp for exploring Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Meteor Crater, etc. 20 minutes from Snow Bowl ski resort. The game room was great. We had a ping-pong/pool/foosball tournament the last night of our stay. Hope to stay here again some time.

Fantastic property for group

This was the perfect property for our three family spring break trip. There were 6 adults and 5 kids that all had plenty of space. The game room was a hit with all the kids and there were plenty of other spaces for the adults to hang out. It’s in a great Flagstaff location. The owner and mgmt company are incredibly easy to deal with and super friendly.

Entertainer's Paradise

This house was perfect for our family weekend celebrating our son’s graduation from NAU. It had plenty of space for our multi-generational family. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. The “man-cave” was an amazing space to entertain. The kids loved the hot tub!! We cannot wait to come back and stay!! Thank you!!!

Excellent VRBO in Flagstaff AZ

The property is roomy and comfortable for a family reunion. Place is very clean, huge common spaces. The game room was wonderful to hang out. The back patio was beautiful. We dined on the nice long table that accommodated all of us. The kitchen was very large which was great since there were many cooks in the kitchen at the same time. Highly recommend this property. And the host was top-notch! He always answered my questions promptly prior to my stay and during my stay. This was a 5 star experience!

Amazing group stay near downtown Flagstaff

Phenomenal! We had an amazing stay here for a birthday getaway! The location was perfect, close to everything and not too far from Snow Bowl. The house is well-stocked and equipped for families. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space to hangout and enjoy nature. Everyone in our group loved the game room, sun room and outdoor table. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful before our stay. There are a lot of outdoor cameras, which felt a bit intrusive, but overall it wasn’t a problem for us, since I can see the need, but I felt it should be disclosed in the listing as it has been at any other property we have stayed at.

Huge home and lots to do

My adult kids and friends wanted to snowboard for the weekend. We love to rent homes that we can just come back and hang out in. They absolutely loved the game room. It is a huge room with pool, pink pong and fuseball - so no need to go anywhere once you get back from skiing. There is also a huge hot tub in the backyard which they used after snowboarding - Owner is great with communication. Easy check in process.

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

Gillade: Incheckning och plats
Gillade inte: Renlighet, kommunikation och annonsens riktighet
We appreciated the home’s unique features, but our stay was unfortunately impacted by multiple issues that affected comfort and convenience. Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. The listing inaccurately described the beds—both “queen” beds were actually “full” size, and one room had two fewer beds than stated (missing an entire bunk bed)—causing discomfort and sleeping disruptions. The most impactful issue was a leaking shower that resulted in the water being turned off for hours, and the shower being unusable for more than a day. We also encountered exposed nails from a broken stair inside the front door, towels that smelled of mold and body odor, and multiple maintenance problems including a broken master bedroom door, broken microwave, and stove and grill igniters that didn’t work. The owner has become completely unresponsive and has made no effort to make good for misrepresenting the features of the property, allowing several key things to fall into disrepair, or for the inconvenience of having to accommodate the plumber during much of our stay.If these issues were addressed, this could be a 4 or 5-star destination. Until then, our rating stands.
Nails exposed on stair inside front door.
Same broken stair.
Leak was partially fixed on day 2 of our stay.

There were 6 adults and we had a great time. Many amenities throughout the house as described although we didn't use everything. Back yard is a nice size. There are many steps so if you can't handle steps or multilevel, this is not for you. Nevertheless, the house is well stocked. Lots of space and options for congregating. The game room is huge and fun. A quick drive to town. We had day trips to Walnut Canyon Monument and Wupatki Ruins. A fun and comfortable place. Thank you!
