Stepping into the 10 foot ceilings open living space, you will see exquisite Asian original artwork adorning the walls and the vintage yet contemporary decorative fireplace. There is free street parking in front of the house. You will walk up a few flights of stairs to the front door. We have private driveway parking behind the house. You will access that via the alley on North Ave. Come all the way down the alley almost to the very end.

Accessibility details:
- The front and side entrance to the house both have a number of steps. It may be too many steps to lift a person up and into the house.
- The living/dining/kitchen/bedrooms/bathroom is all level with hard floors.
- The main bathroom has a tub with a fixed showerhead.
- There is a very small half bath.

• If you park on the street, it is a lot of steps to the top of the hill. There is also a back alley that leads to our driveway. Entering via the driveway also involves steps, but fewer steps. This alley is accessible from North Avenue. The alley may be hard to find the first time if it is dark. For initial arrival, it may be easiest to GPS to the actual address and take the stairs. Then you can go out back to understand about the driveway and back alley parking.

• There is one place to shower in the home. The total is 1.5 bathrooms.

• Only park in the driveway at the back or on the street in the front. Do not park in the back alley as that would block the shared access for neighbors.

• We may be able to take up to 2 non-shedding well-behaved adult dogs that is house trained. Please confirm your dogs meet our criteria and add them to the reservation when booking.

• The person booking must be over 25 and staying the entire time.

• This listing is for overnight stays of up to 6 adult guests. Please add all guests including children and pets to the booking. Any person beyond booked guests arriving at any time to the property will be treated as an event rental add-on that the guest agrees to pay.

EVENTS: We offer lodging guests a special hourly rate. Minimum 4 hours to have an event.

FILMING: We offer lodging guests a flat fee per day and we will point you to a filming platform to book after booking the overnight stay.

• Violators will result in termination without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and replacement costs of rugs and curtains will be charged.

• Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.

• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged per hour past 11 am.
