Lounge around through the lazy river as the kids have a blast at the nearby splash pad. Hungry after spending time in the sun? Have a bite to eat at the tiki bar before heading back to unwind.
The Windsor at Westside features a tropical Mediterranean-themed clubhouse, complete with 5-star resort features. The resort-style pool features a Polynesian-style bar and areas with decks and loungers to relax and soak up the Florida sun.

Getting to the Clubhouse:
The water park and clubhouse are located near Tu Casa Bar and Grill. Within the clubhouse resides billiard room and video arcade area.
NOTE: The Clubhouse is included for all our guests and you will have access once you have checked in with security

Pool Heat is an additional $40 per day plus tax
- Pool heat - If you want to have pool heating you will have an extra $40/ day (duration request is for the entire stay.) We would totally recommend it as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use from November to February
Refund policy: All refunds will subject to a 3rd party 4% credit card fee
-Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax.
Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.
No commericial vehicles, RV's, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed
NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.

Our true story started with our kids who told us when we took them to Walt Disney World, âDaddy, this is the best day ever!â, and this is when we realized we have to buy a vacation home here so we can enjoy more moments like this with my family. Our Florida dream came true on May of 2017 when we went to Orlando for a week-long conference. We immediately fell in love with the city, the weather, and all the exciting things we could do with our family here.
Call us crazy! We took a leap of faith and purchased our first vacation home in Florida within 2 months after we left Orlando...and it changed our lives forever.
We started our vacation rental business journey without any experience, but we knew if we kept our home clean, comfortable, fun, and unique, and made sure each guest got stellar guest service, people would book our home and continue to come year after year. Right after we purchased our first home, we began working on the design and remodel. Our goal is to give our guests, the "Best-Day-Ever" experience our kids told us when we first brought them to Disney. We made sure every room, corner, and wall had something special. We want our guests to book our home and feel excited about coming to a magical place. Our slogan is, âDonât Let the Fun End at The Parks!â.
With this new home being a smashing success and, in such demand, we knew we had to purchase more homes so more families can enjoy. Fast forward today, we now have 20+ homes near Disney to serve our guests.
We love making memories here with our two kids, and we know your family will love it here too. So, this is us; a family suited for fun!
