*Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- There is no usable BBQ grill on property, however, a BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

- 12 Guests Maximum.

- Unregistered guests are not allowed.

- Pets are NOT allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed inside.

- Parties and events are prohibited (3 cars maximum)

- IMPORTANT Notice: Waterslide & Splash Pad Closure
Please note that Windsor Hills Resort Waterslides and Splash Pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5th, 2026 to February 16, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to keep its amenities in great condition.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

- Maximum of 3 vehicles

- RV/Trailer parking is allowed on-site. If you are planning on bringing an RV, please contact us as soon as possible after booking to coordinate as the RV parking area is limited and not always guaranteed.

- Vehicles are not permitted to park on the community roads, sidewalks, footpaths, or grass areas. Vehicles must park either on the home driveway or in a designated parking space. Vehicles that can’t park on the home’s drive must park in the oversize car parking area

- Vehicles are not permitted to park on roads or sidewalks at the express request of the emergency services. The community roads are quite narrow and not designed for street parking. It can be very dangerous for pedestrians when vehicles are parked on sidewalks

- Upon arrival, the gate attendant will ask for the names of the drivers and will need to register their information.

- Guests must bag all trash and place into the bin with the lid closed.

- Please note we only supply a starter set of toiletries for your stay . If you need to consume more, you will need to purchase at the nearby supermarket.

- The pool heat temperature is set to 85 degrees and can be impacted if the ambient air temperature is in the 50s or lower, thus, taking longer to heat. The Spa temperature is set up to 100 degrees and can be activated by pressing the gray wall button located on the pool deck next to the screen door.

- The gate attendant will turn away unregistered guests and vehicles over the max amount.
