Relax on the comfortable outdoor seating, put some burgers or hotdogs on the BBQ or play Bocce ball and badminton. Each of the three bedrooms has comfortable gel mattresses and wall-mounted HD 4K TVs. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances with all the necessities needed during your stay. The dining room area with a table for six is a great place to sit down to enjoy a meal together or play some games for those with a competitive streak.

4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a $500 fine.
5. 14-day plus rentals require additional cleaning fees and any stays 21-day plus also require a $1000 refundable security deposit (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

7. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.
