A nice place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh. Easy street parking and not far from anything in the city. Host was helpful dealing with any situation that arises. Would recommend staying here

A simple little rowhome in a fantastic neighborhood in Pittsburgh. If you need a quick place to stay with minimal needs, its perfect.

Yo this place is dope. My wife and I are searching for a city to move to and this row house gave us some awesome insights about what it would be like to move to the neighborhood. Its a really central location that is highly walkable to multiple neighborhoods and restaurants. The entire neighborhood was warm and welcoming, everyone was so nice and cool. Water pressure in the shower was good, and for how small the place is each space feels complete and intention. Would stay here again

Wonderful little place to stay

My fiancé and I stayed here for a night in April Nick was more than accommodating allowing us to check in an hour early we had our two dogs with us. The street was absolutely quiet ,ay have seen 3 cars drive by the whole time has a nice little shared patio in the back of the house 100% would recommend and would stay again.

Affordable stay in a great area

Good communication, budget friendly. Definitely and older home, but has everything you need - ex: I had to duck my head at the bottom of the stairs, but a/c worked great. Close to lots of shopping, food, and places to drink.

Nice Little Home in Cute Neighborhood

Nice little home. The outside area was perfect. The grocery store is within walking distance. Close to University of Pittsburgh. Close to the zoo and other attractions. The communication from the host was wonderful.

Do not stay here. We checked in and right back out again. Pictures are very deceiving. The place was dirty and falling down. Bottom of the shower stall had been covered over with some kind of wood flooring. It was gross and God only knows what it was covering up! House was grimy generally. There was a vent in the floor that led from the bathroom floor directly into the kitchen ceiling - you could look down into the kitchen. Worst of all, there is a basement directly off the living room. Not a finished basement, but like a cellar. No door on either end. The whole place smelled like mildewy, moldy basement. Horrible.The location was going to be great and the communication from the rental agency that run the place was fine. But the house was nasty.

Love the location, parking was easy and communication was great but the space itself was extremely dirty and had multiple fire hazards. we eventually left to stay in a hotel.

The host was the most accommodating! He was wonderful. Cute little 1 bedroom stay on Pittsburgh best side. We were literally 10 minutes from everywhere we went. 100% percent recommend!

The location of this property is ideal if you’re looking for a safe, walkable area with plenty of fun places to enjoy food, drinks, & other activities. Highly recommend walking to Merchant Oyster Co. and hanging around that area of Lawrenceville. The property itself is ideal if you’re just looking for a place to stay/sleep after exploring in Pittsburgh. There isn’t a whole lot of space inside to hang out, and the backyard is shared with other properties in the area so not the most ideal for privacy. The biggest drawback is that the entire bottom floor smells like the basement, which isn’t the most pleasant smell. There isn’t a door on the basement so we figured this was why, but I’m honestly not sure it would cover up the smell even if there was one. The few air fresheners that were there when we got there didn’t work, but we spent most of our time in the city so it wasn’t the biggest deal for us. The host was great, very responsive and thoughtful with a check in email on arrival to see if everything was alright. This is something that is much appreciated, and I felt that if we needed anything at any point that it would be taken care of quickly. Overall great location with a very nice host!
