Enjoy a Main Street address with downtown Breck and base of Peak 9 accessible on foot. 1400sqft on one level features full kitchen and dining area. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Private balcony with mountain views. Great floorplan: all bedrooms have their own attached bath! In-unit laundry. Detached 1 car heated garage. Access to outdoor pool/hot tubs, gym, steam room. Next to troll/ice rink/sledding hill/train park for kids!

âą Access to Main Street Station amenities: Large outdoor heated pool, seven hot tubs, fitness center and steam room. **The wall around the pool will be undergoing repairs this fall, 2025. As far as we know the pool area and 4 hot tubs will still be open during repairs. We will update once we have dates or any other information.*The three outdoor hot tubs at the fitness center will be resurfaced this fall, 2025 and will be closed. We will update here once we have any dates or more information.
âą Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season. Tentative closing date is likely to be 4/28/24.
Location:
âą Located on Main Street and only a short walk to shops and restaurants in La Cima Mall.
âą Across the street from the Ice Rink and Train Playground Park, great for kids in the summer an winter.
âą Walk from the condo to the Troll Trail to see the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll created by a Danish artist.
âą Carter Park free sledding hill is just a couple blocks away and walkable.
âą Ski slope access: The closest lift to this property is the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak 9, in the Village, about a 10-15 minute walk. The other option is to take the bus that stops directly in front of the unit and take it two stops. It'll stop across the street from the Village and it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift from there. The bus will also continue on to the Gondola which goes to the base of Peak 7 and 8.
Occupancy Limit: 8
Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking). Oversize vehicles must park at the Airport Road overnight pay lot.
