Host was very responsive to our needs. This unit wasn’t as updated as another unit I stayed in before. It had kind of shabby chic beach decor, but clean. On the other hand we felt very comfortable. Owner advised front den/murphy bed is going to be updated; no AC in there, we used 3 fans. In summary, The Somerset & units on 1st floor with spiral staircase to cabana below with beach supplies and easy access to the pool & beach, like unit 102, are the best.

The Somerset is our favorite location on Marco Island and the Beach House did not disappoint. Excellent/ convenient location, very clean and smooth process.

Beautiful beachy feeling

The condo was amazing super clean. Had everything we needed had beautiful, beachy decor, and feeling to it would stay again. Communication was excellent between us and management/owner. Check and check out procedures for great and very accommodating

We had an amazing time. Francesca was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns. The unit is great and the location and proximity to the beach couldn't be better. We hope to return next year. :)

Peggy is an excellent communicator and a wonderful host. Our stay was cut short due to a hurricane but we are looking forward to coming back. 102 was beautiful, had everything we needed, and a fantastic location

Beach paradise!

What a fantastic spot with unmatched beach access! My family of 5 absolutely enjoyed our vacation to this great condo, and look forward to returning again next summer. This was our 5th trip to Marco, and by far the best location on the beach. Thanks Peggy!

Beautiful rental and relaxing stay

We really loved the property. Beach was easily accessible and there were so many entities. The unit was clean and well kept. So many personal touches by the owners made it feel warm and inviting. Would go back if we visit Marco again.

Great February Get-Away

This property is perfectly situated right on the beach. Even when weather was not ideal, the lanai allowed the feeling of being right on the gulf. The condo was well stocked and the kitchen had everything needed for a meal in. Peggy was very accessible prior to our stay and provided many tips on how best to spend the week and was available if necessary during our stay.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was roomy, clean and has a beautiful view from the deck. The stairs down to the ocean and pool were unbelievably convenient. Also just a few steps from the front door to unload our stuff from the car (we parked on the road right in front of the condo for a few minutes to unload, the assigned parking space is very close as well) we didn’t need the usual luggage trolley and never even used the elevator at all. Peggy was great to work with and we loved our stay.

Great Condo

We wanted the easy direct access to the beach and it was just as expected. Very spacious for our family of four. Steps from beach. Never even saw the lobby! Parking space covered and steps from front door. Owner easy to contact and very helpful.

Peggy and her family are AMAZING hosts! The unit was well kept, clean and very comfortable. It’s a first floor unit with stairs to the boardwalk beach entrance that is only steps away. The pool is also only a few steps away. You can hear the waves crashing and even though you’re lower in the building, you can still see the beach/ocean and the fantastic sunsets. The unit was clean and neat. Lots of kitchen utensils, small appliances, and beach gear. The cabana below the unit is just for the use of guests and has so many items. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and so much more. The lanai was fantastic for watching the sunset and hearing the ocean…and even when it rained it was covered and you could enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable as well. Highly recommend Peggy as a host. Excellent communication and so helpful throughout the stay. We will be back again!!

great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The front stairs directly into the condo made going back and forth from the beach and pool easy. I would have like a little more privacy with the front door. Our son slept on the Murphy bed so the second solid door to the condo was often open and the actual front door to the condo did not provide much privacy as it was glass. When you enter the condo, the Murphy bed room is directly to the left, then you pass through the second door which is solid, into the rest of the condo. Guests coming from the parking structure use the stairs right outside your door to access the walkway to the elevators so I had been caught a few times in the living room by guests coming up the steps. Other than that, the condo was fantastic as were the hosts!

We have been going to Marco Island for our summer vacations for over 20 years. This is by far the best place we have stayed. The apartment is well stocked with everything you will need for the apartment and for the beach. All appliances are top of the line. The quick access to the cabana below and straight into the beach or pool makes it extremely convenient specially if you have older members of the family or children. Do not look any further when booking for Marco. This is the place to stay.

Great stay!

This has to be the best location on the beach! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach or pool from our balcony! Loved the views! Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Peggy was wonderful to work with! We are now spoiled and would definately stay there again!
