The space is very small and is really only suitable for two people. There is no dishwasher. The photos shown in the listing were taken several years ago and no longer reflect the actual condition of the property. Everything shows significant wear and tear. There are issues with the shower and the flooring. The floors are very poor quality and damaged in multiple areas. Overall, the condition of the property is significantly worse than it appears in the photos.

This studio condo was perfect for my husband and I for a nice getaway at the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax. It was located in a quiet area just steps away from the beach. We truly enjoyed the ourselves while being comfortable in the condo. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach without all of the chaos.

Thought the property was on the beach, but it was not everything overall was pretty good. I didn’t have much chance to use any of the amenities and easy place to have pets in. The only problem was the septic tank overflowing with feminine products in the front yard.. and the smell was pretty overwhelming

Overall, this was a really great location and space given that my friend and I traveled with our two dogs. The host/support staff were very responsive. The AC was great and with the exception of a freestanding mirror that we needed to put in the closet just for safety reasons, it was very dog friendly inside. I will say the shower was structured so that water splashed/spilled outside of it when we used it but thankfully they gave us lots of towels. A major issue we had was with the lack of dog friendly spaces outside. There were a lot of prickly burrs all over the grassy areas near where we stayed and our poor pups got sharp prickles in their paws and we had to get tweezers and remove them, which was really painful for them. There was almost nowhere we could safely walk our dog to go potty and when we got closer to residential areas with grassy yards, some were upset that we were walking our dogs near there, even though we were picking up after them. Being able to take our dogs outside to go potty was a real issue.

Condo had pots and pans and the gas stove and oven were both working. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay great location. Very close walking distance to enjoy the beach and all of the busy tourist pier activities are close as well. We enjoyed the quiet area to relax. me and my husband had an amazing time! everything was clean and well furnished, we had all the cooking supplies we needed and the kitchen was super nice. the bathroom was very spacious, and they gave us extra towels which came in handy. the tv swiveled and so it was very nice to watch tv in bed. property management was very easy to communicate with and we even booked an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. we will be back! thanks to the host for an excellent stay!

Location location!

Most things were as described in VRBO listing, the proximity to the beach access was PERFECT. Very limited space to be outside, a patio that barely fits 2 chairs; driveway is other option. Pet friendly but due to the awful burrs ( nature, beyond anyone’s control) an area of “sod” would be beneficial. Kitchen was lovely but lacked a few average items ( easily found at Dollar General or thrift store). Biggest omission was cleaning supplies, broom provided ineffective with sand. Yes, we dragged in 1/2 the beach! Just be prepared to get on your own things to make it “ homey” for a lengthy stay.

5 min walk to beach

The room was very clean and check in was super easy. We also enjoyed the pavilion, swing and grill. It was great to be able to take our dogs with us, but the grass was loaded with sand burrs. The poor dogs. I wouldn’t let them walk in the grass anymore. The TV didn’t work either. I called for maintenance a couple of times, but it never worked. We definitely were not there for tv, but would have been nice to have in the evening. Overall, we had a nice time. The location was great, room was clean and locals were friendly.

First off there was no hair dryer. Comfort Inn has them. No instructions on how to operate TV. Someone came by while we were gone and turned it on all we wanted was someone to tell us how to work it. Most rental’s we’ve used in the past started us out with initial paper supplies .
