The house was wonderful, we had lots of grandchildren with us so the themed rooms were a hit. Thankful for the pool heater, the weather for our stay was a little chilly, but we're Canadians we'll swim in any type of weather. Also the Bibles everywhere were appreciated. Thank you for renting your house to us, lots of family memories were maid.

Great getaway!

Leo was very kind and communicative with us during our entire stay, checking in to make sure everything was a 5-star experience! The house was in great shape and was so close (walkable) to the community pool and bar! We had a great time, thanks Leo!

Springbreak with family

Our time at this property was great. The house is as advertised and very clean and spacoius. The kids loved the game room and after we corrected the pool heat mix up ( our mix up) the pool and hot tub were great.

The movie theater room and game room was a hit! the movie room does get a little hot. Throw blankets and a popcorn machine would be nice asset to this room. The keypad entry door stopped working on the third day but that was just a mishap even though he sent someone it to resolve it but it they had to order a new one no big deal. He was always communitive. We enjoyed the stay very much.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, the house felt welcoming, clean, and incredibly comfortable — truly a home away from home. Every room was beautifully decorated with its own unique theme, which made the entire experience feel extra fun and special for everyone. The game room was a huge hit and kept everyone entertained for hours, and the cinema room made movie nights feel like we had our own private theater. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together throughout our trip. The home had everything we needed and was very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the spaces were cozy, and you could tell a lot of thought was put into every detail of the house. The host was also fantastic! Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end, which made everything stress-free and easy.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable vacation stay!

I read the reviews on this property and booked it. It lived up to everything it advertises and the reviews. It is a beautiful, spacious clean property. It has so many amenities you don't need to leave the property or resort. If you want to cook, it has everything your kitchen at home would have. The spa and pool were clean with a very nice set up. The theater is very nice and the game room kept us entertained. The host Leo was so responsive. He responded to anything I messaged him about within 10 minutes not matter what time it was. This is a must stay vacation home. We loved it so much we are working with Leo to book again for next year.

The VRBO was very clean and spacious. It was decorated with adorable characters in several rooms. The adult rooms had spacious baths attached with plenty of privacy. We used the hot tub every evening, pool was way too cool for most of us and we learned that for a small fee it could have been heated prior to our arrival. We were perfectly happy with the hot tub! The best part was the travel time to the amusement parks. We were within 15-20 minutes from Disney, Universal, and we ventured out to Peppa Pig /Lego Land which was about 45 minutes. Our host was extremely responsive any time we had a question or needed direction. The community was gated, the Oasis club had swimming, a lazy river, and a bar with a full AM to PM dining menu with a very family friendly staff. Bonus golf course, which I did a 5 mile run around every morning. I would highly recommend this venue for a care free vacation!

Our experience at this VRBO was truly amazing from start to finish. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. You can tell the home is really cared for, and all the little details made it feel welcoming the moment we walked in.Leo was fantastic to work with. He was responsive, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It’s rare to find a host who is this attentive and genuinely invested in their guests’ experience. The location was great, the home was comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable trip.Thank you, Leo, for an unforgettable stay!
