Amazing family get away

The house was perfect for our family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and indoor playground. The house has many activities that kept our kids busy. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice week

We stayed at this property for a week with a one and three year old and it had everything we could possibly need. The nursery was such a huge bonus for my one year old so he didn’t have to spend a week in a pack and play. Both my kids loved the playroom and the themed bedrooms that were stocked with dress up items and toys. The pool was fully stocked with pool toys and floats that kept my kids entertained. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly. Would definitely stay again

Disney VaCa

The location was good as far as proximity to Disney, however traffic both ways, at all times was congested. The home was decorated nicely with all the kitchen amenities useful for a large group. Wi-Fi was great. The kids loved the pool and playroom (garage). Plenty of towels for our group of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids), including pool towels. The water park was a 10 min walk and was fun, even with early April temps, the water was still warm enough for the kids. I'd recommend this property, the host was great.

The perfect home for kids

Amazing well equipped property. No need for baby quip or and other rental. Definitely an easy get away location for kids, basically a built in baby sitter with the indoor play ground.

Great family vacation!

We had a great time at this property. Our family consisted of our adult kids and our grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 15 with the majority being 6 to 9. The kids absolutely loved the playroom, the girl's room and the boy's room. They played dress up with the variety of Disney outfits (girl's and boys outfits). The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans etc. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. The pool, hot tub and large outdoor patio area was also great. Convenient and perfect for Disney!

We specifically chose this property because there was a nursery with a crib, it was important that everyone slept well for our Disney vacation and that included the baby. On property hotels and other VRBO’s offered pack-n-plays which wouldn’t cut it. We were able to keep our boys on routine and for those with young kids you know that makes all the difference! The house was about 20min from Disney but it was a nice and easy drive..close to restaurants and target as well (10 minutes). The amenities were so fun, the kids never bored of them and even In January the pool was heated enough for a nice pool day. It was just the perfect trip! We will be back for sure!

Great Vacation Home

We were 2 families of four and this house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The girls loved the princess bedroom and the boys loved the space ship room. All of the kids enjoyed the playroom and were in it everyday of the vacation. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all of us. We appreciated the gate around the pool as well as the floaties for the kids. The house was close the parks and stores. We also went to the community pool and the kids had fun on the water slides. I appreciated the fact that the home felt very safe with childproof locks on the doors and an alarm. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home and made some great memories!

Large spacious fun!

We loved our stay. It was great having all the space especially after getting off a cruise ship. There were so many fun details added to the place from dress up gear to toys plus the water park and arcade room at the club house was a blast. There were a few things that weren’t exactly super clean and we discussed it with the owner. Bring extra toilet paper, you only get one roll per bathroom and it’s super nice that they pick up garbage every day. The Toy Story room was super cool but you could tell it doesn’t get cleaned often either. All in all though we loved our stay and would still stay there again!

Wonderful home and pool for families, incl. young children

We vacationed in Orlando for 7 nights at this property. We had 2 small children (5 and 1) in tow. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was fully-stocked and ready for small children! For the 1 year-old, it was a delight to have a dedicated baby room w/crib, changing table and more. Also available were two strollers and even baby gates. This was the first time we had all of this equipment on-site which meant we did not need to rent it! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and heated. The house was clean and cared for. The kids loved the club pool and kids water park. The facilities were well-maintained and so much fun. Any time we had a question, the owners were very quick to respond and accommodate. Would highly recommend this property for any vacation. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we didn't even want to leave the property!

Magical

When we walked in and the kids found their bedrooms and the toy room the looks and tears on their faces was priceless!! This home is well equipped with toys and the dress up clothes which the girls tried on each and every one of them, and plenty of kids plates and cups. It was nice to have a crib and all the baby equipment including strollers. All of the pool toys were great to have also. Just remember the homes are close together and you don’t know who your neighbors will be. Unfortunately we had a noisy group that didn’t care and played some vulgar music for young kids to hear. They were up until 2-3 AM!! I think the neighborhood should be patrolled, I was just too tired to get up and find the number to call, so my bad on that. The only reason I did not rate this a 5 was that it was not supplied well with necessary things. We were a party of 7 adults and 4 children for a week and we were given only 6 garbage bags, not enough dishwasher detergent, only 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom! Needless to say we had to run out and purchase all of these. And for some reason our garbage was not picked up for 3 days so we had to load it all up and take it to the dumpster! Despite these things we had a wonderful time!

Was going to gate keep about this house, but I must let the people know. This house is AMAZING!!!!! Great for families with kids. You do not have to leave the house or the resort property. Owners were so responsive. Had zero issues. Will be returning !!!! Best vacation ever !

Awesome for families!!

First and foremost Tina and Ken are awesome hosts - from booking to check in, all through our stay and at check out they were super helpful and always amazingly responsive. The house is fab for kids and adults, really spacious and the kids loved their rooms. - the space room was a massive hit - especially with the astronaut outfits!!! Really close to Disney and the facilities on site are great too… the kids loved the pool at the house as well as the communal one… We will def come back … really enjoyed our stay folks - thank you!!!

Not What We Expected

Overall I feel like this property was overpriced. The kids bedrooms and playroom were very cool and designed with children in mind, but I would not describe this house as luxurious. The check in process was convoluted. I had to sign a rental agreement that was 10 pages long and had a lot of rules. After arriving we had to call the owner to get more info. The instructions stated that the home was kept in excellent condition and damages had to be reported with photos within 24 hours. A quick sweep of the home revealed some damages which I promptly emailed. The owner was very communicative and tried to fix the issues as best as possible. Overall the house wasn’t as clean as I would like, the carpet was old and worn. We found multiple broken toys and ripped costumes in the kids room. A couple of the white bathroom linens were ripped or had discoloration. There are security cameras on the patio and one is facing the doors which led to the living room and kitchen. There is no way to close the curtains to the patio, so I wasn’t sure if the owners could see us walking around in the home. I could clearly see the camera while sitting on the couch. It felt like an invasion of privacy. Security told my husband there some break ins which was worrisome. There were a lot of extra fees, fees that didn’t make much sense, and fees charged for things I didn’t request. I would double check your agreement and rates charged in your receipt. Overall my husband and I were disappointed.

Family friendly! Wonderful stay!

House was perfect for us! 2 families with 4 kids ranging from 3 months to 6 years old. The house was well equipped with everything you could ever think you needed! From baby supplies (boppy, bouncer, crib, baby monitor ect) to kitchen stuff and pool toys! The kids LOVED the Toy Story play room! 10/10 would recommend and hope to visit again!

Friends and Family Disney trip

Very impressed with the house. It has plenty of room! Love all the kid friendly features!! The pool was perfect for an early April swim. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We did find it a little warm in the condo as we were instructed not to turn the air down past 73, if I remember correctly, so some of the guest upstairs were hot at night. The main bedroom and bathroom downstairs is a little dim/dark but was able to get ready in other areas that were better lit. As for the general area, just an FYI, there’s a school close in proximity to condo and school start time is around 9-9:30am! Traffic was very backed up going to and from Disney each day!! What was a 20-25 min drive often took 40+ minutes! Overall I would recommend for larger families, especially if you want down time to enjoy the pool and the condo or complex!

Traveling with babies in tow became a bit difficult as our family and room accommodations grew. We quickly outgrew the regular hotel rooms and when looking for Disney resort options we easily had to splurge on 2 rooms ( Yikes $$$$). Once we stayed in a fabulous vacation home in a resort community that accommodated families with babies, we were SOLD on the idea and decided to own our own!

We love Disney!! We live in Chicago and absolutely love Florida weather and all it has to offer. With all the fun, sun and plenty of kid's activities, who wouldn't. Our kids are still young and we travel here often. We consider this property especially as our favorite and our 2nd home. So please do take care of it while we are away but please do enjoy your selves just as much as we do.

If you love luxury, love traveling with your family and have a baby in tow, then this is the home for you! Because we know what it's like to travel with the little ones, we've created a home especially for them. Play area, nursery, safety features all with the kids in mind. Now you can actually enjoy your vacation while on your vacation with the kiddos, which can sometimes be a bit stressful. Returning to the home after a day at the parks with room to spread all your new goodies around and then jump in the pool spa to rest your throbbing feet from all the walking is just aaaaaaaahmazing! Then the next day take a day off from the parks to enjoy the newly built 5 star resort and all it's amenities including gym access all free to you and included in your stay. Many resorts can not say this about their home, but we can! ;) The restaurant at the resort has some really great food items, my husband and I personally love their pepperoni pizza and the fish taco's. They have many light and healthy options for both kids and adults with poolside service. And let's not forget the vacation drinks, wouldn't be a vacation without one. Try any of their awesome concoctions...all were yummy! The home was specifically chosen for it's location and built on one of the most prime lots in the resort with no neighbors behind the home creating a more private atmosphere.
