NEW FOR RENT! Imagine yourself in luxury in this stylish six-person vacation villa with a beautiful outdoor kitchen, a lovely private pool, on the waterfront overlooking the Laguna Marina.

Welcome to Villa Bon Berimar
The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the Laguna Marina which allows you to cruise the Caribbean Ocean on paddle boards. The recently renovated villa is within walking distance of Te Amo Beach and Kralendijk is also around the corner.

Both the villa and the garden are finished to perfection. Enjoy the view from the pool or hammocks during the day and in the evening prepare a delicious meal for the entire party in the outdoor kitchen while the everyone else drinks at the outdoor bar.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The driveway at the villa has space for 2 cars.

The Villa
As soon as you enter the villa you experience an oasis of tranquility. The open kitchen with cooking island has a large American fridge, wine climate cabinet, dishwasher, stove and oven. Through the open kitchen you reach the bright living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan. By opening all sliding doors to the garden you can experience outdoor living to the fullest.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor and is very stylishly furnished with a spacious bathroom. Fancy a quiet evening? Roll out the beamer and enjoy your favorite movie from the bed!

On the second floor you will find two bedrooms. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and beautiful marble sink.

Lovely garden located on the water
The spacious garden located on the water is equipped with a beautifully designed pool, hammocks above the water, a private dock with paddle boards and the possibility to moor a boat, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, an outdoor bar and a beautiful dinner table where you can sit until late in the evening.

For divers and snorkelers there is a double outdoor shower with large sinks on the side of the villa.

In other words, enjoy the Caribbean outdoors and completely unwind in this amazingly luxurious villa.
