Detta är en nyare (byggd 2006), väl underhållna, lägre densitet lägenhet med lätt parkering och 3 snabba hissar. Den har 2 pooler (1 pool är uppvärmd), inte mer än 4 1/2 fot djupa, perfekt för barn, och en badtunna för gäster 12 år och äldre.

Beläget vid den lugna delen av stranden. Det erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över både Mexikanska golfen och Nedre Grand Lagoon. Dessa lägenheter är vackert dekorerad med en öppen planlösning, 9 fot tak och en stor skjutbara glasdörrar i vardagsrummet med utsikt över vita stränder och smaragdgröna vattnet. Annual Family Beach Trip

This beautiful condo is right on the beach with fabulous views and easy beach access. The hosts are extraordinary- so warm and welcoming. This was our third time to stay there, and it never disappoints! Can’t wait to go back!

Thanks to Chon and Pat who are such kind and attentive hosts. The view of the ocean from this unit is stunning! A great choice if you enjoy the changing weather over the beach and waterfront walks to the state park pier.

Super Condo

This was the cleanest and best condo we ever stayed at. The owner Chon went way beyond what we expected. The Seychelles condos are close to St.Andrews State Park which we loved and is also close to many fine seafood restaurants. The 19th floor location is spectacular, you can see up and down the beach for miles and watch the sunsets from your private balcony. Stay here you will not reget it!!!

Spring Break. 2024

We decided last minute to book a much needed vacation, we have stayed at Seychelles two other times before so we’re looking there exclusively. The Garcias were awesome hosts. They met us at check-in with the necessary information…plus unexpected items a bottle of wine and a couple of beers for the adults, bottles of water and Jelly Belly’s for our daughter. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Extremely clean and beautiful Unit

This was a beautiful unit. It was extremely clean. Prettier than the pictures show. Excellent view. My family and I had a wonderful time and a very convenient location to close by restaurants. The owner Chon was absolutely the best. He greeted us at check-in, gave us a personal tour of the unit. Made us feel at home! Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very polite and helpful with any questions we had. The view was amazing and the condo was extremely clean. We will definitely be back. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The sunset is absolutely gorgeous from the balcony and on the beach.

Heres what my wife had to say- We had to book this last minute to save us from a disaster of another booking. I was ready to go home at that point. Mr. Garcia and his wife not only took the time to get the condo ready for us a bit early, but was the most kind man in ensuring we would be confortable staying at his condo after what we had gone through. This condo was beautiful! Clean and confortable, stocked with towels and toys, with an amazing view! Mr. G truly saved our family vacation. 10/10 would recommend and book with him again. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

Very clean and nice condo

Condo was extremely clean and great for our family. Very spacious for our party of 4. Views were amazing from the balcony. Highly recommend renting from owners when staying at this condo. We love the ease of being at the beach and highly recommend the food at Schooners restaurant next door.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corp (Vietnam Veteran), I worked and retired from the auto industry. I now reside in Panama City Beach, 8 miles from the condo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We discovered Panama City Beach during the Spring Break of 1984. We had so much fun here that my wife and I kept on coming back after our children have graduated from college. We decided to retire here because of the beauty of the beaches and because we enjoy watching children and adults alike having fun.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We take pride in our condo and we are responsive to any of guests' needs. Because we are local, we deal with our guests directly, from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I offer 10% discount to active duty military. OORAH!!!
