Inköpt 2011 vår nyinredda, professionellt inredda 3 våningar Beach House är bara några steg från de vitaste sandstränderna på golfen. Skäm bort dig med elegant toskansk stranden inredning och varva ner med vackra strand och utsikt över solnedgången från den andra och tredje nivån.

Huset gör en fantastisk insamling för två eller flera familjer eller större grupper att dela. Om du letar efter ett lyxigt strandhus precis vid Mexikanska med alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en avkopplande strandsemester, är detta hus för dig!

Brand New Lyx boende:
Gå igenom dörren och du kommer att hälsas med 2500 kvm av exklusiva kustnära boende. Första våningen innehåller 12 'tak, golv, 42 "TV, öppen spis och en ståtlig kök med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit.

Andra boende nivå inkluderar ett nöjesområde med bar, pulver rum och gå ut balkong, ett öppet loft med en 32 "TV (w / DVD), 2 dubbla inbyggda sängar och en pull ut soffan. Denna nivå innehåller även ett rymligt sovrum med dubbelsäng och eget badrum.

Tredje nivån har två sovrum med egna badrum. Den första är det största sovrummet med en king size säng, jacuzzi, TV, öppen spis och balkong. Den andra är ett rymligt sovrum med en dubbelsäng och TV.

A great stay!

This beach house was a hit for our 2025 vacation in PCB. The house was very clean and well decorated. The younger ones in the group loved the pool. The beach is just one quiet street away, less than a two minute walk. We worried about not having a beach service to rent chairs from, but that is not the case, call Anthony's Beach Service and he will fix you right up. Owners are very nice people. Thanks!

Amazing location! So close to everything! Easy short walk to the beach. Beach is not overcrowded which makes it perfect to relax. Hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay.

Nice House for a Weekend Getaway

I've been renting beach houses with friends for a few years now and I seem to have a knack for finding good ones! We had plenty of bed space for the 7 adults in my group. Kitchen was pretty decent. Pool is small, but that wasn't an issue in the slightest, after all we were there mainly for the beach, but we did use it plenty. Communication with the owners was pretty smoothLocation was great, just a short walk to the beach, no crossing any busy roads. Loads of good food just a short drive away, or a nice long walk down the beach if you are up for it!Would definitely stay here again if the house is free next time we plan a trip down.

Beautiful Location and Home

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The beach is just steps away and the location of the home means you do not have to travel far for food or shopping.

Nice stay. Satisfied!

Really nice place with all you need at the location. The only downfall were the sizes of the tv’s in the bedrooms and the beds were a little worn out (rolled right to the middle)! We didn’t use the pool anyway since the water was cool but it was pretty dirty when we arrived and after the pool guy left the next day, it didn’t look any better. None of these things would keep me from staying again and I am still extremely satisfied.

Excellent stay!

We stayed here in July 2023 and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for two families. The home was clean and well equipped. Parking, access to beach, and proximity to things to do were all excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I’ve had multiple stays in this property and keep coming back because it’s the best! The property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need! The owners are great to deal with. Very close and convenient to everything and the best part, the beach was not crowded in this area!

Beautiful home! Perfect size, perfect location! Everything was great.

We had a great week with friends. Beautiful house and Had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples). The walk to beach was very short. The only issue we had was no key to unlock the back gate to rinse the sand off before entering, but we managed, so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach time with the Grandkids

Enjoyed the house, nice decor, the owners have stocked it well inside and out. They provide really good beach chairs and it's a short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice alternative when you've had enough beach. Beware that the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and it's a hike up those stairs, glad we brough light luggage.

This is a really nice property. The private pool is nice, but we couldn’t use it because it was just too cold. There was also a lot of road noise but probably due to it being spring break, but the property itself is lovely.

Our stay at this fablous home was great. The pictures on the internet are just what the home was like. The owners are just like your friends, so friendly and very helpful. It is also was great for the kids with the pool and only 240 steps from the ocean.. I would recommond this home to anyone.

Summer get-a-way

The property was great. It is close to the beach. The interior appointments were very nice. Could not have asked for a better place to spend a week. We were within 6 miles of any attraction you could want to visit while there. It took all of 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which was not near any of the hi-rise hotels or condos.

Perfect place for family!

The house was amazing. It worked so well for our family of 5, including 3 college kids. Loved the open kitchen area, and it had everything we needed to cook with. The pool area was so nice and right off of the living room. With the beach only a very short walk, very short, it was perfect to go see the sun rise and set . The owners were so easy to communicate with and always prompt in responding. We can’t wait to go back in a couple years

We love our beach home and have owned it for over 10yrs. We have spent many family vacation in Panama City Beach and come at least once a year. The home is owned by three families including two sisters, their husbands and kids as well as their parents.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our vacation home is on the quieter side of pier park which means much less traffic on the roads and many restaurants within walking distance. There aren't any condos nearby so you can enjoy a quiet day or night at the beach which is only a short walk without having to cross Thomas Drive. Come stay with us.
