Beautiful newer home with all new furnishings in San Tan Valley. Four very nicely furnished bedrooms. Master with king bed and 55" smart TV, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one queen room with 55" smart TV). The family room has leather reclining chair, loveseat and sofa. Also has a wall-mounted 65â smart TV. All TVs are set up to stream your favorite apps, i.e., Netflix, Prime, Sling, etc. Open concept layout for the family room, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen has modern finishes with granite countertops, SS appliances - electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water and a dishwasher. Full-size washer and dryer. Great home for transitioning to San Tan, Queen Creek, or Florence area. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your home away from home.
Refreshing pool awaits you in your backyard oasis. Pool is surrounded by a security fence to keep little ones safe. Outdoor patio set to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. Please note that the pool is unheated - refreshing in the winter months and very warm in the spring & summer as it heats from the hot Arizona temperatures.
We are located in a VERY quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate it if you respect the neighborhood vibe.
