Oas med pool! Johnson Ranch - Nu hyr 2020!

Vårt spektakulära fullt möblerade hus ligger i den vackra gemenskapen Johnson Ranch Golf Course som ligger vid basen av San Tan-bergen och söder om superstitionberget.

Huset ligger på ett stort hörnparti utan grannar i ryggen. Bakom huset finns en fantastisk gång- och cykelleder som går genom Johnson Ranch-samhället.

Vårt rymliga ranchhem är 1900 kvm och innehåller 3 sovrum, två badrum och är norrläge. Den fantastiska trädgården har en stor pool, täckt uteplats med sittgrill i rostfritt stål, uteplats med uteplats och spektakulär ökenlandskap.

Insidan av vårt hem har ett rymligt sovrum med king size-säng och badrum med badkar och dusch och stor klädkammare. Det stora sovrummet har också ett kontor med vackra franska dörrar.

De andra två sovrummen har en king size-säng och två enkelsängar (kan omvandlas till King). Båda har fina garderober. Det andra badrummet ligger bredvid sovrummen.

Köket är fullt utrustat med en hög bar, bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV. Vårt hus har också en wifi-anslutning och kabel. Andra funktioner inkluderar ett tvåbilsgarage och fullt utrustat tvättstuga.

Golf Club at Johnson Ranch är en 18-håls golfbana med mästerskapslängd, med över 7100 meter. Denna anläggning innehåller en praxis att sätta och hugga grönt, öva bunker och körområde i full storlek. Terrassrestaurangen finns också här.
Vår semesterfastighet ligger i det mycket önskvärda området i Johnson Ranch community. Johnson Ranch är ett privat samhälle med tre gemensamma pooler, varav en uppvärms för njutning året runt, en privat 9-håls golfbana, privat konstgjord sjö som erbjuder fångst-och-släppfiske, över 20 parker sammankopplade genom vandringsleder, basketplan och beachvolleybollplan. Du har tillgång till allt som vår gäst!

Varför San Tan Valley? Om du letar efter en semester tillflyktsort från rörelse och rörelse i stadstrafiken men fortfarande inom kort pendling till alla turistattraktioner, golf och shopping är San Tan Valley ditt semestermål. Amazing house close to everything!

We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us! Close to our friend in San Tan, easy drive to Phoenix airport and we even took a day trip to Sedona! House was clean, spacious, fully stocked and yard was perfect for relaxing with coffee or an evening beverage by the pool! Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! Def plan to stay again!

Beautiful suburban house

We are visiting the southwest from Germany for two weeks and stayed for the first five nights in this wonderful house of Shannon and Chad. It is spacious, very clean and the garden with the very well maintained pool is amazing! Everything you needed was in the house, even some snacks and drinks. The king size bed was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we traveled to Phoenix again. Thank you!

Privacy, comfort, & safety for a girls week away

Beautiful, clean, welcoming property. We were instantly impressed with how clean and welcoming the property was when we walked in. The privacy with the ability to drive in and out of the garage allowed 2 female travelers to feel safe and secure. The high wall around the yard offered full privacy to the lovely yard and pool. The beds were comfy and clean as were the bathrooms. The location was in the middle of all the things we needed to do while we were there but far enough away from city hustle and bustle. The house was well stocked for cooking and even had a few supplies like coffee and filters which we gladly refilled, fresh ice made in trays, and some pantry items. Very much appreciated. Loved it and would go back in a hot minute.

San Tan Valley Gem

This property was perfect for my sister and me when we visited our brother in San Tan Valley. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We walked for an hour every morning. If you walk, take your phone with you - you'll need it to find your way back to the house. The backyard is lovely - the covered patio had a nice breeze and the loungers by the pool let us get a start on our summer tans. Heating the pool (for a fee) would be a big improvement. The water was cold.

We love to travel with our kids. Over the years, we have found we love the Phoenix area. We especially like the San Tan Valley area as it is away from the traffic of the city, but has all the amenities we need. We visit often and always have a great time!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have owned a home in the Phoenix area for the past 13 years. The home sits on a corner lot and has no neighbors backing to it. There is a great bike and walk path right behind our property. We have treat the home like it is our own personal living space, including frequent upgrades.
