The home’s middle level features three bedrooms, all with TVs and access to a covered deck. A king master bedroom has an ensuite bath and a deck off the front of the house. A queen bedroom and a room with two sets of bunk beds share a full hallway bathroom and open to a deck facing the sound and pool. The fourth bedroom is a king master with TV and ensuite bath just off the open living space on the top floor. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
