This charming 4-bedroom house is just a 5-minute walk from the sandy shores, so you can spend your days soaking up the sun and catching waves, and your evenings relaxing on the large front porch with a refreshing drink. Whatever your interests, Surf’s Up is the perfect location for your next beach vacation.

Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds for a luxurious sleep, while another boasts a queen and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families. The fourth bedroom features a set of full-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for the younger crew.

But the fun doesn't stop indoors! Head downstairs to the expansive backyard, where there's plenty of space for yard games, BBQs, and enjoying the fresh Texas air. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
