Alii Cove I-4 in Historic Kailua Village
Alii Cove I-4 Town-home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and set up for entertaining with a Hawaiian ambiance. It has a nice, large kitchen and great room. The Town-home features tile flooring on the main level, a Large Lanai off the Living Room. The lanai comes equipped with a full-size grill and is roomy, where all guests may be comfortable while enjoying outdoor living in Hawaii. The condo comes equipped with beach essentials including a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Beach towels are provided!
The 2nd floor includes a bedroom suite with full bathroom and walk-in closet. The suite includes a private lanai, perfect for watching the sunset. Guest bedroom, bath with full washer/dryer and office den are also located upstairs. An additional bedroom and guest bath is located on the first floor that allows easy access.
Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Ill-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.
The Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. Maybe you'll be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flashâ at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon. You can watch the incredible Kona sunsets right from one of the decks or the lanai, or walk across the street to Hon'ls Beach to watch the sun set with your feet in the sand.
The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is short walk from Alii Cove. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishingâŠJust about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach or by the pool!
