Charmig, nybyggd strandstuga vid Olivia Beach i Lincoln City, en nyare utveckling bara några meter från Stilla havet. Huset ligger bara några steg från strandpromenaden till stranden och ligger direkt framför utvecklings Central Park som inkluderar en lek för barn, en stor öppen gräs, grill, eldstad, sandvolleybollsplan, gemenskapens utomhuspool (öppen säsongsöppen) och träningsanläggning. Direkt tillgång till STRAND ligger precis intill hemmet och ger enkel och bekväm tillgång direkt till den vackra sandstranden med stora tidpoler! This property is one of our favorites

The location of this property, the beauty of the location but even more-so the property itself make this one of our favorite VRBO locations ever! The house is comfortable and clean and just as good as it can be. Short walk to the beach and family time (spikeball!) at the park. Excellent family destination.

Great house and location

The house is in a great location. We were there on a dad's get away but I'm looking forward to booking a trip with my family. The house works extremely well for both purposes. The owners were awesome and accommodating. Over all, a great experience!

Idyllic Beach Vacation

We adored our stay at Olivia Beach. The home is so cute and the neighborhood is beyond charming. We felt like we were staying in a movie. The beach access was wonderful, the community pool was warm and had ocean views and the park was ideal. We have 2 kids and it was so great to send them to the park to play while we watched from the front porch. They loved having their own “suite” on the third floor. We got in the hot tub nearly every day of our stay. This is one of my most favorite locations I have ever stayed at and I can’t wait to return. The home doesn’t provide toiletries like other vrbo homes do but that is a very small quibble. Overall we loved the home, loved Lincoln City and loved the Oregon coast. I can’t wait to return.

Cute, comfortable beach house

My family stayed here; we were a group of 4 adults and two kids, and it was very comfortable. There were games for us to play, and we enjoyed spending nights working on a puzzle. The house fit us really well and it had plenty of space for us to not be on top of one another, and the beds are very comfortable so we enjoyed our sleep! Sound and voices do travel up easily because of the staircase, but nothing too terrible. The house is located right in front of a park/playground area, which made it super easy with the kids, and it’s easy access to the beach. The closest access is a long way down a set of stairs, but we drove about 5 mins to the nearest access and it was no problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

Great House & Neighborhood

This is our second stay at this house and we highly recommend it. My previous review was very detailed, so I’ll give just a few highlights. 1) The owner is very responsive and professional. 2) The house is very clean. 3) The walk to the beach is short and beautiful but note that one must be able to ascend/descend many stairs to do it. 4) I think a hot tub is a must on the Oregon coast, so this is a huge plus for this house! 5) The house is bigger than it looks on paper and the carriage house allows room to overflow for big groups. 6) In my opinion, Olivia Beach is the best neighborhood in Lincoln City. Incredibly charming and everyone is so nice. 7) This house is priced better than most in Olivia Beach. If you like to hike, be sure to do the God’s Thumb hike and see the Knoll on your way down. We did the big loop and it was great! Steep and times, so be ready to climb. I’m afraid of heights and was able to go out to the Thumb without any trauma!

Beach Getaway

This was the perfect house to relax and reconnect with family. The house was very clean , beds and linens were so comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

Great neighborhood and great property!

This was a fantastic stay. Super clean house and super accurate description of the property. We had grandma, my wife, and our two sons and we had tons of room for everyone. Super close access to the beach (going down an extreme staircase) but the beach was super private and awesome! We will definately be back!

Ideal location for family reunion

We rented this property along with another very similar one in the same location, for a family reunion. It was ideal for the children as there is a park right in front of the house, and there is a short path to the beach from the back of the property. For the adults it was close to town for restaurants and bars. The location is very quiet and away from all the traffic along highway 101. The house itself was well equipped, clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for eight people. I would certainly recommend this property.

Best beach spot on the Oregon coast!

We had 5 adults & 2 kids with plenty of space to spread out! Couldn’t really imagine a better house in a better location. Excellent value too and split three ways much better deal than hotels.

Cutest house

This house was absolutely adorable and very accommodating for us! It was perfect. We had an issue with one of the cable boxes not working and communication with the homeowner was amazing and problem was fixed asap! I will definitely be coming back here to stay. Such a cute neighborhood too!

Family Reunion of 5 Siblings + spouses

It was a very nice property and met all our needs -- only complaint from one family member was that there wasn't a view of the ocean. Would definitely rent again in the future.

It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood which makes for a relaxing and peaceful experience. And the very short distance to the movies, Casino, shopping, Aquarium, Museums, whale watching, recreation center, amazing restaurants etc. makes for a great time overall.
