Perfect getaway!

We loved the tiny cabin! We saw a lot of deer, enjoyed the hot tub, and the ambiance of the cabin! Perfect for my husband and I for a weekend getaway! Would stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

Quite weekend getaway in Ellijay. Not too far from downtown Ellijay. Did not get to use any of the community ammenties this trip, but they looked nice. Lot's of wildlife.

It was very difficult to find the exact place, fortunatelly the owner helped us. The bathroom was extremely. Using the shower was a challenge (i am 5.3). Every time we flushed the toilet a foul odor filled the tiny home.

Cozy and clean spot in the mountains

I absolutely loved this property! The tiny home was very clean and came equipped with a hot tub and a fire pit. It was a great spot and not too far from nearby stores in Ellijay. The only issue we had was the hot water - it would run out within a few minutes of showering.

We enjoyed our stay. It was super quiet, very quaint and reasonable. I had one issue with the hot water heater but the hostess fix the issue with some quick instructions.

Deer deer everywhere

We enjoyed our stay the inside was great the outside could use a cleaning up but the greatest thing was all the deer. 10 or more a day and they were close to us just beautiful. Love the area

Perfect Getaway

My 10 year old son and I decided to go to Ellijay for our annual father-son trip. This place was perfect for the two of us! The owner has put a lot of thought into property. The resort where it is located is in a perfect location to Ellijay and surrounding attractions. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely recommend!

Rustic Getaway in Ellijay

Tiny house in the woods. The property has much potential but fell short of making a great good impression. Let’s start with the good: The owner is very responsive and seems very caring. She wanted us to enjoy our stay. She had out some s’mores goodies for us and had a very equipped kitchen. The small chairs in the living area were quite comfy. The tv has Roku.The owners have outfitted the kitchen with many nice pans, knives & small appliances. Since it’s dog friendly (the main reason we selected it) the owner had a dog bed, kennel, dog bows and a couple waste bags ready for us. The not so good: The outside property is outfitted with a fire pit area and hot tub which is great but the property needs cleaning up and organization of old discarded hot tub and other junk. The inside is of course very small, as expected. The bathroom is very small and just didn’t feel very clean. There was a distinct odor (but not from the holding tanks). The exhaust fan is very dirty and doesn’t open to get the humidity out. The towels were a nice quality but only two washcloths for four nights weren’t enough. The bed is a full size and very very soft. The AC works in the bedroom but the one in the living/kitchen area only blew air (no cold) and smelled. This caused so much humidity to build up inside. Because it was a rainy week, the humidity was very high. We decided to leave a day early and head back home for comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this property as it is at this point.

Clean quiet cabin in the mountains

If you are looking for a clean quiet cabin in the mountains. This is the place! It has everything you could need. We grabbed a few groceries at the local grocery store and cooked a few meals there to be able to stay and enjoy the place. It was perfect. Highly recommend, Evelyn was super quick to respond to a question that we had on the night of check in!

Clean and cozy. Just right for two!

We were in town for our anniversary. There were flowers and a happy anniversary banner for us. Which was very thoughtful. There was a bad storm and the host checked in on us. Plenty of communication. The home looks just like the pictures. The resort has deer everywhere. We enjoyed watching them while we had coffee. My husband is taller and I'm plus size so the dou ble bed was a tight fit but comfortable. Overall a great experience and would stay again.
