Minimalist, modern furnishings and zippy, colorful wall art create a sleek and upbeat atmosphere for friends and family to hang out. Guests can stay entertained playing billiards, sipping wine around the fireplace, and cooking in the state of the art kitchen. Thereâs also a fab pool for cooling off after a day in the desert!
Located 100 miles east of Los Angeles, Coachella Valley is an oasis in the desert of Southern California. Surrounded by picturesque mountains, an abundance of golf courses, shopping, dining, and year-round sunshine, itâs the perfect retreat for visitors looking to enjoy the outdoors and the arts. Home to the countryâs most famous music festival, visitors across the globe flock to experience The Coachella Music & Arts Festival, hosted annually in April.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- A mesh pool fence can be installed upon request by a preferred local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850 for this service and coordinate through the local concierge after booking.
