Cape Lookout State Park, även känd som "The Spit" sträcker sig runt Netarts-bukten - spugen sveper runt och skyddar stranden och ger ett strandområde som är skyddat och verkligen kan njutas!

Detta hem har tre sovrum, två är Master sviter med king size-sängar, den tredje har en drottning säng. Det finns en enorm 900 kvm loft med tre fulla futon bäddsoffor och utrymme som rymmer alla barn och mer. Njut av ett lyxigt kök fullt utrustat för att laga mat eller bara njuta av en cocktail och utsikten. Inte var kan du vara närmare stranden, ha en bättre utsikt och ha allt du behöver för att underhålla och rymma hela din familj med alla lyxiga extra. Planera ett familjeåterförening en firdag i firman, företagsmöte eller bara komma undan! Varje säng är en "himmelsk säng" med otroliga lakan med hög trådtråd och sängkläder / kuddar / sängkläder. Lovely home in a fantastic location with breathtaking views. The beach is a hop, skip, and a jump away, and very calm and quiet—perfect for kids. (The outdoor shower is also so convenient for post-beach cleanup!) The living room and loft gaze out at the bay and spit, and there’s always something beautiful to see, from sunrise to moonset.I especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and generous extra blankets and pillows.soundproofing was excellent. Loft is great for kids old enough to hang out, and the table will generously accommodate multiple board games or puzzles.Lots of stairs, however, if mobility is a concern.

Awesome!!

My wife and I treated our son, daughter in law, and most importantly our three grandchildren to a weekend stay at the Skyscraper in Netarts. This home was outstanding. All our needs were met and Trudi, the owner, was always available. She sent me so much information about the area that we always had stuff to do. I would highly recommend you stay here if you can!

Amazing Views

We had a great stay at this house. The owner is communicative and friendly. The house is lovely and the views are outstanding. Looking out on God’s handiwork and seeing His masterpiece was peaceful and filled us all with wonder at the majesty of creation. Also Tunnel Beach was a highlight. Highly recommend this house and area!

Relaxing stay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. The views were spectacular especially from the loft. The kitchen was extremely well equipped--we found everything we needed to cook all our meals. The host left a lot of information about the house and the surrounding area to help us explore. Overall, a great experience!

wonderful trip to Netarts

This was a perfect spot for a group of friends to relax on the coast! Beautiful views, lots of space, and proximity to the beach made this an excellent place to crash and catch up. The home was quite clean, and Trudi was quite active with communication and helped us navigate the check in. Hope to be back soon.

Great house, well stocked, and superb location

Great attention to detail by the owner, who is super responsive and attentive. The home has all the amenities needed to support a great stay. All was clean. The ability to walk to the beach at night and have a bonfire is invaluable. Thanks for a great experience

Friendsgiving

We spent Thanksgiving with a group of friends at the Skyscraper. Overall we had a great experience. The view of the bay is amazing. The loft was a great space for the children to play and sleep in. The beds were comfortable as well. I recommend this house.

Great View, Great Stay

Our family had a very nice three days at the beach, recharging our batteries, and enjoying some much needed fresh air. This home was exactly what we needed. Spacious and inviting, the view is second to none. Watching the tides change throughout the day was a treat and the calmness of being on the bay was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to get away for some tranquil time on the beach.

Pictures don’t do it justice

Trudi’s beautiful home is stunning and you don’t realize the true beauty of this house until you step inside. The view is incredible. The location is amazing - we brought our pup and she had the most fun romping on the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms set up perfectly for a couples trip or large families. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!!

Loved the location of the property

The place was clean and conveniently located near Tillamook and easy to get to. Walking access to the beach and on a quiet street made it perfect. Wish we had more time. Kids also had a blast. Had a small hiccup with the faucet but was communicated prior to our arrival. Overall very happy and sure to rent it in the future

Wonderful Family Retreat

This property hits every check mark on a get-away list. The small community of condos in the Happy Camp area meant the beach was not overrun with tourists that seemed to be everywhere nearby. The up-to-date appliances and spacious kitchen, living room, dining area, and loft allowed it the nine of us to enjoy each other's company or solitude. Be prepared for stairs, though.

Beautiful

This house is beautiful and well stocked. We booked a get away for 10 over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've experienced in renting vacation homes. The view was also amazing and a short walk to beach access. FYI there are 3 flights of stairs to climb but very worth it. Communication with the owner was also great! A lot of information in the house on how to work appliances and run the tv ~ We can't wait to re-book another long weekend.

Most fun, relaxing vacation I've ever been on!

"My Beach House-The Skyscraper" is located in such a beautiful place...right on the protected Bay of Netarts. The house is gorgeous...just look at the pictures on the VRBO site. It is brand new and everything is the best. We felt like we were staying in the lap of luxury...The sheets, the towels, the furniture and the VIEW! The beds are just like they say, "HEAVEN" and it is within walking distance to the Schooner restaurant, Brewin in the Wind coffee house, Josie's grocery store (where we got ice cream cones). We spend every minute we could on the beach and we let the kids play on the beach because we could see them from the deck of the house! We grabbed groceries on our drive in through Tillamook and walked to get our morning coffee on the beach to Oceanside (Brewin in the Wind) and walked down the beach to the Schooner's for dinners. The beach is perfect for building sand castles and playing and the water is gentle because the beach is protected by the sand bar/spit of the Cape Lookout State Park. There is a tide pool on the curve of the beach that we enjoyed almost everyday...starfish, crabs, sea anenomie. It was very cool. The Skyscraper has a wonderful kitchen that is full of whatever you need to cook with and the HUGE built in bench and table is perfect for eating, computer work...watching TV. We had young and old with us and this house and location has something for everyone. The TV in the kitchen/dining/great room has TV/movie capabilities as well as Pandora music (yea, we did a little dancin' too!) We loved getting on a secure wireless internet which is provided by the owners. We googled local things to do and actually stayed connected to our business back home. Our kids were e-mailing pictures of "their loft view". The pictures really give a good idea of just how great the house is...but you will really get it when you stay at "the Skyscraper”! On our second visit we packed really light and threw a load in the washer/dryer. It made it so easy to really feel like we were at our own place! Andria manages this beach house and both she and the owners were very helpful in answering questions and helping us get a feel for the area. You'd better book soon...because we are planning some holiday trips to the beach and then over to ski at Mt Hood. Some Girl trips, some guy's fishing, crabbing and clamming trips and a family reunion!

We've included all the things we want when we are enjoying a get-away with family and friends. We designed the house to capture the best views. Big spaces to gather a group, huge table and bench seating as well as kitchen counter to sidle up to. Wonderful great room seating for everyone to enjoy a movie or sit and talk and enjoy the VIEW! We think you'll have the BEST night sleep ever. We've literally had folks call us and ask how they can get a bed like ours! High thread count sheet and luxury! We've had 'girls' get aways, guys fishin' trips, surprise bday celebrations, family reunions and even a bride and groom who got married on the beach! We love to share our home and have planned it with enjoyment in mind. This Mama likes to stand in the kitchen, behind the kitchen counter and look out at the view...turn up the tunes -enjoy the weather and the sounds of the incredible ocean right there outside the huge floor to ceiling slider doors! I love to sit at the BIG table and color- we always keep a roll of paper and colors to draw on. Its a tradition to take the big roll of paper out of the bench seat in the great room -begin an artwork creation! We leave ours and our family and friends who visit leave theirs many times! We are all about visiting and spending time together. We love to hear about how folks have spent their time while at 'The Skyscraper'. We love repeat guests and offer a 'frequent visitors' program -visit often and create memories!

We choose the site and the location...who can go wrong, a sweet, sleepy little town AWAY from the big city, yet close enough to wonderful restaurants to walk and a quick drive for groceries...and CHEESE...did we say Cheese?
