We absolutely loved our stay here - great house, amazing view, and a perfect location. We had a blast. We were a family of 4 visiting in late August. Enjoyed exploring the beautiful Oregon coast during the day and watching the sun set from the beach or deck in the evening. The house was extremely well kitted out, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Outdoor hot/cold hose was very welcome to get rid of the sand!

Great location close to two beach entrances and a couple restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and wonderful ocean view. Loved watching the ocean from the deck, even saw a whale. Hot tub has a great view, can stay there all day and night. Tide pools and agate hunting are some of best. Driveway is very steep, stairs to queen beds are short and hike to the nearest beach is very steep. We were able to navigate, but could be dangerous for some.

Thank you for your review. What a treat to see a whale! Just to let our guests know we post extensive photos on our sight. The driveway has stairs and hand rails to use. Easy beach access is just a short walk or drive to the public parking area. Awareness would be a better description than dangerous actually for those challenged physically.

Great property. Nice touch having 2 mini bottles of bubbly in the fridge upon arrival. The fire pit didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue for us. Hot tub was great and we appreciated being able to check in early!

No secret this property is just perfect whether it’s small family or a couple looking for a fantastic retreat during the week or the weekend the Edelweiss in Oceanside Oregon is second to none listed for home a number of times and I look forward to each visit as a unique Opportunity to explore the Oregon coast weather from the deck, the secret tunnel or the numerous adventures that are so so close

This is a fantastic place to stay to disconnect and relax. The house is well equipped and cared for and you cannot beat the view. It is a bit of hike up the driveway and stairs to the house. Also the stairs to the loft bedroom are very steep so just a heads up if you need to use the bathroom on the main level in the middle of the night. Otherwise, you couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to spend a vacation. The host is very friendly and responsive if you need anything. They even recommended a few hikes in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amazong view. Garage was big enough to park our vehicle inside so it didnt have to be parked down below or on the steep driveway. Only issue is how steep the driveway is and photos not really showing that, otherwise would absolutely stay again.

Excellent views of the surf, rock formations, and the ocean out to the horizon in a wide angle view. Sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves was a highlight of the stay. Also walking to the beach access point and stopping for a coffee was delightful. Lots of stairs to get up to the house but the views are worth it.
