Clearwater Indian Rocks Beach

Property is so convenient to beaches and stores can walk to nature preserve and beach the beds were very comfortable enjoyed the backyard all the amenities needed for our family plenty of room for six The Host was very responsive every thing went right for first visit to Clearwater Florida would definitely visit again the property

Great place to stay

This house was everything that I expected based on description and pictures. Owner was fast to respond to any concerns we had. Close to everything shopping beaches and restaurants. Would stay there again if ever going back to that location.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property! 1 minute from Indian Rocks Beach! 3 beadrooms/3baths. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and host. Location was excellent and entire process was easy! 5 star stay

A great stay

We had a great stay at this property. The house is a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. Our kids loved the nature park which is a short walk away and they got to see owls and a bald eagle up close. The kitchen had all the essentials and we utilized the beach towels and beach gear that was available (chairs, umbrella, coolers, sand toys). It was so nice not having to buy any of that when we got there. We also enjoyed having coffee in the morning under the covered patio out back. The beds were also very comfortable. We look forward to visiting Indian rocks again and staying at this property.

Indian Rocks

I found the house to be very clean overall. The towels and bedding especially were of good quality as were all of the appliances. The fact that I had the option to leave my car in the driveway and walk to the beach was priceless. In addition, there were many conveniences such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Finally, the host, Tracy, was fantastic. I will definitely be staying there again next year, if available.

The Traveling Trio

Three senior ladies went to Clearwater for a softball tournament. We needed three bedrooms with three baths. Upon arrival we had no problem with entry into the property. The property was very clean. The appliances and furnishings were up to date. The king bedroom has the 1/2 bath, only a sink and toilet. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bath; sink, toilet, tub/shower. The other full bath is located in the back of the unit near the laundry room, sink, toilet and small shower. The beds were very comfortable and bedclothes were nice as were the bath and kitchen linens. The property was the second house on a dead end street. The neighborhood was made up of families and was very quiet. The queen bedroom needs a bedside lamp. The back door is half glass with no blinds which was of a some concern for us ladies but the unit has a nice 6” privacy fence around the sides and back parameter. Overall, this unit was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you, Tracy, for checking on us after we arrived!
