There is seating for 4 persons at the dining table and 2 additional spots at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen/queen bunk beds, flat screen TV and access to the main hallway bathroom.
Location: Building 5, 1st floor which is in the second cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

"NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Beaver Village Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets or smoke in the rooms. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property."
