When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles. We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Let's start with a beautiful game room with Arcade games, a multi-use table with pool, air hockey, foosball, and several board games...also a special area for your movie or gaming pleasure...all completely air-conditioned! Let's step outside to our covered Lanai offering outdoor dining and an outdoor fan with a few lounge chairs and a propane barbecue grill. Inside you will find beautifully decorated themed rooms and lots of space for the entire family...including a fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals. But wait...there's more! The Resort offers all the amenities that you can imagine...including a lazy river, water park, miniature golf, clubhouse restaurant and bars, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, game arcade, family cabanas, and children's play area to name a few...Too much to list....you will not be bored vacationing with us!

The morning light spills across the private pool as you sip coffee on the screened patio, the sound of water rippling gently nearby. Evenings unfold in the glow of the hot tub, with laughter drifting from the game room inside. Between moments of play and relaxation, this home offers space to reconnect, unwind, and make memories together.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 12 guests, the home offers five bedrooms and seven beds. On the main floor, the primary suite overlooks the pool and features a king bed, soaking tub, bidet, and separate shower. Upstairs, another king bedroom provides pool views and its own bidet. Two additional rooms include one king and one queen bed, while the fifth bedroom features a twin bed. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, Roku TV, and ceiling fan, with walk-in closets and fresh cotton linens adding thoughtful touches.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a private oasis with a heated pool and hot tub, both open year-round and available at any hour. A covered lanai with outdoor seating invites you to linger in comfort, while the gas BBQ sets the stage for al fresco meals. Children have their own space to explore, thanks to a playground just steps away.

Game room & entertainment
Inside, an air-conditioned game room offers arcade machines, a pool table, foosball, and air hockey. A 65-inch Roku TV makes it a hub for group fun. The upstairs loft provides a cozy movie nook, while the main living area includes a 55-inch HDTV with streaming services such as Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.

Family-friendly features
Families will find thoughtful details throughout the home. A crib, pack ’n play, high chair, and baby safety gates are provided, along with children’s dinnerware. Indoors, a dedicated playroom is stocked with toys, books, and games, while outdoors, a play structure adds fresh-air fun for younger travelers.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, Instant Pot, blender, and toaster. Wine glasses and cooking basics are on hand, along with a dining table and kitchen island bar seating for shared meals.

Comfort & convenience
Central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round. Essentials such as towels, soap, and a washer and dryer are included. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway, with additional free street parking nearby. Arrivals are simple with self check-in via keypad, and pets are welcome, with a fee.
