When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles. We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features five bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Every room includes a Roku TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The first-floor master suite offers a king bed, a private bath with a bidet, a separate shower and tub, and sliding doors leading directly to the lanai. On the second floor, a second master bedroom offers another king bed, a bidet, and a shower. Two additional bedrooms include a king bed and a queen bed, each with an ensuite. The fifth bedroom features two twin beds with its own ensuite shower. A loft area with a sectional couch and Roku TV provides extra space for relaxing.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, with optional heating if desired. A covered lanai provides shaded seating for dining or unwinding after a day at the parks. The outdoor area also includes a gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and access to nearby resort facilities. For families with children, both an outdoor playground and an indoor children’s playroom offer additional ways to enjoy your time at home.

Game room
The air-conditioned game room includes arcade games, a multifunctional game table with air hockey, foosball, and pool, along with a 65-inch Roku TV. It’s a comfortable space for friendly competition or a break from the Florida sun.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and cooking basics. An island seats four, with a dining table for six nearby. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine.

The home offers central air conditioning, central heating, complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, free in-unit washer and dryer, clothing storage, and all essential linens. Exterior security cameras are located only at the front door. Pets are welcome, and self check-in is available through a keypad.
