We had a awesome time,‼ everything was excellent...I wish the hotub was a little hotter, but the overall stay was perfect,no complaints about the house ,the host replied to all messages promptly and the house was very nice and clean .

Would book again

Large home, room for all with pool/jacuzzi, Billard table. Conveniently located. Resort is very well maintained. Easy check in and out.The only minor negative was that some things are need of repair such as the pool sticks, darts and outdoor furniture. We would still book again as it was definitely worth the price.

House was okay!

The house was fine for my family but lacked a few amenities and needs a little TLC (including new beds). The pool was a little small but the house is conveniently located close to the large pool at the resort (2 minute walk). The host for this property was excellent… very responsive and great at getting things fixed as needed.

Great property

The house and property were great. Kids had an awesome time in the backyard pool and resort pool. The only downside was the I4 interstate is a horrible mess to drive on, so plan your time accordingly. I'd definitely recommend the house if you want something off Disney but still relatively close. It's about 90 minutes to either coast, traffic dependent. The property manager was quick to reply and happy to help with any questions. All in all, a very memorable trip and no hesitation in recommending this property.

Enjoyable

This is the first VRBO we have stayed in that we had no issues with the house. We have had broken washing machines, broken toilets, air conditioners that don’t work properly.But we had no issues with this home. Everything worked as it should.The furniture is older but very much did not bother us and was still comfortable. The person we communicated with was wonderful. They were very prompt in getting back to us and if we had an issue or a question and did their best to accommodate us.

3 week stay

We were surprised to learn of additional charges for pool heating and BBQ 4 days before we arrived. The listing indicated these were included. No mention of charges for either.We arrived to find the place quite dirty. Very disappointing after driving 22 hrs to get there. Our host, Arlen, was excellent. All issues were immediately addressed, and dealt with to our satisfaction. We had a great stay otherwise.I would recommend that you inquire about additional costs, so you don't learn about them at the last minute.
