Vårt hem är beläget på en underbart skogsmark 1. 5 tunnland fastighet och ligger på en låg bluff med utsikt över Lake Michigan, med 100 fot av vår privatägda strand. Vårt unika helt cederträ hem ligger extremt nära sjön med enastående utsikt över Lake Michigan från katedralen tak stort rum, kök, skärmad i veranda samt från sovrummet. Vårt hem har totalrenoverats i år och har helt vackra nya möbler och toppsängar på kudden.

Gourmetkök: Fullt utrustat och helt ombyggt gourmetkök har underbar utsikt över sjön och inkluderar det senaste inom rostfria vitvaror med klädkammare / tvättstuga.

Interiörbeskrivning: • Great Room & New Game Room: Båda har katedraltak och stora glasytor med utsikt över Lake Michigan. Fantastiska vyer.
• Sun Porch: har Lloyd Flanders Wicker Furniture.
• Sovrum: Sovrummet erbjuder queen-size Westin Heavenly Pillow Top Bed. Spektakulär utsikt över Lake Michigan. Gästrummet, med sitt eget privata badrum, har två dubbelsängar med kudde, TV och sin egen underbara trädbevuxna utsikt. Great Room erbjuder bekväm bäddsoffa i queen-sized.
• Däck: 14 till 42 fot steg ner däck.

Peaceful and Quiet

We so enjoyed our week in Manistee! The beach is unbelievable and easy to access, but the house is so beautifully located, you can enjoy the view and sunsets from either deck without getting your feet sandy. The house was spotless and had everything and anything we needed. Sandy was helpful and easy to work with, and we would love to rent this house again!

Amazing beach along the Lake

My family and I loved this home and beach. It is by far the nicest beach segment for several miles up and down the coast. Additionally every amenity was top quality which made the entire vacation that much more enjoyable. Enjoy!

Met all of our needs and wants, including a beautiful beach that is walkable for miles. For those who prefer quiet. Sandy is a responsive and accommodating host. No improvement needed.

Ahhh... the Peace of the Beach and Sunsets

Kingmans Reef is such a wonderful place. It immediately felt at-home. It is comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. What an escape to wake up in the morning to the sound of waves, have your morning coffee on the beach, see awe inspiring sunsets, and go to sleep to the sound of the waves. The home is supplied with everything you need. Sandy is very welcoming and accommodating. I hope to return again!

Lake views, quiet, and peace

We loved the house, which is located on one of our favorite stretches of beach. We also enjoyed the quality of the various amenities—e.g. the completeness and quality of the kitchen (we prepared all of our own meals, and found everything we needed). Comfortable beds. Love the observation deck and the swing at the landing on the stairs from the beach. We hope to return next year.

Perfection on Lake Michigan

This property was absolute perfection. It was incredibly clean upon check in and had ample space for my family of 4. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen tool you could possibly need - it really felt like home. Communication with the host, Sandy, 5 stars! She was very responsive and kind. The beach was amazing! Plenty of soft sand and a rocky (smooth, we swam without water shoes just fine) shoreline. We found Petoskey stones and lots of beach glass! The location of this property was ideal. Manistee is such a charming old town. We've gone on some pretty epic vacations as a family, but this one topped our list! It was so nice to just RELAX.

Great Relaxing View

Go to your private beach or sit in the cabin and look at Lake Michigan all day. Beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and Sandy was very helpful with all details about the house and the area. We had a great time.

Excellent beach house

We had a wonderful time! The views are so incredibly special. All of the outdoor furniture is wonderful. Families should note that due to high water levels the beach is very narrow but we were still able to play. Bring water shoes for the stony entrance to the water.

A birthday to remember

Spent the entire week enjoying the beautiful beach with long walks on it, swimming in the lake, bonfires on the beach, all with a gorgeous home right there with everything we needed. Could not have had a better birthday experience.

Wonderful, relaxing trip!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The home is clean and well-cared for, and everything you could need is at your fingertips. Cell service isn't great so close to Lake Michigan but the wifi was perfect. The sunsets are absolutely incredible!!

Peaceful and Tranquil.....

Peaceful and tranquil are two words that describes this home. My two children and I absolutely loved our vacation here! My 8 year old son and 11 year old daughter still talk about how beautiful the sunsets were each night! This home had top of the line appliances and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable! I hope to go back there soon!

We searched for 6 years before we found this property. We chose this home for its spectacular views of Lake Michigan, its close proximity to the water's edge, and for the five mile, uninhabited, pristine, curvy beach. It doesn't get any better than this!
