This cozy 2nd story apartment was built in 1885 and lovingly restored in 2022. The space is light, bright, and combines the best of Victorian-era character with modern finishes and comfort. The 2022 renovation was completed by a professional engineer and interior designer, and you're sure to be charmed by the unique and romantic touches throughout.
The unit has two bedrooms plus a spacious living room with a full size sofa bed that closes off to create a 3rd bedroom. A fully appointed eat-in kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and close proximity to Denver's best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and event spaces complete your experience.

Travel enthusiast, real estate investor, and chemical engineer. I'm biased, but I'm adamant that the LoHi neighborhood is the best spot in Denver. From the restaurants to the walkability and location close to downtown, I love everything about it.
I've traveled to over 30 countries and 5 continents, and love sharing cultures and creating spaces that are welcoming for others. My wife and I have been in Colorado for over 20 years, so the joke is "We're more native than most".

Tejon house is located on one of the best blocks in Denver for the local dining scene, but its still quiet enough to make a serene escape for your stay. We fell in love with this Victorian built in 1890 when we purchased it in 2021, and we are slowly working on restoring the entire property ourselves.
My wife is an interior designer, and you can see her eye for detail in the many vintage finds and antique touches merged with modern comfort and amenities throughout the renovated apartment.
