INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Be ready to get exercise

The parking requires taking elevator then hiking over enclosed bridge...quite a ways for older people. Also the view is partially blocked by the adjoining (?) unit. Also requires entering through two (2) heavy doors with two (2) passcodes (we were only given the interior door code initially. POSITIVES: the phone number to PBG is posted at door. They also were helpful getting volume adjusted on TV.

We’ll be back!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for two. Everything as described, great view. The only negative was that it took maintenance more than 24 hours after they said they’d be there to unclog the bathroom sink. There’s a kitchen sink so not a huge deal, but inconvenient. The resort could use some updating but it’s still good.

TV prob

Overall experience was fantastic. Condo was clean, adequate linens & towels. The only thing that needs attention is the TV. Because it is out you cannot get a picture at all. And with having a child there wanting to watch a movie at night that was an issue. Other than that fantastic. Recommend and would rent again.
