As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Stay was great! The condo is excellent. The elevators can be a little frustrating, but other than that we had no issues. The location is excellent.

Awesome place!

I love the location! We have stayed there the past two years.The condo is perfect for my family. Repairs were addressed promptly (door handle). The master tub was draining slowly but I did decline repairmen because teenagers were still asleep in the room. Overall an awesome place to stay.

Wonderful place!

This place was a wonderful fit for our family of 5! The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The view was breathtaking from the balcony and the owners were great to work with. The pools and the beach were fabulous as well. We can’t wait to go back and we’d definitely rent this condo again. :)

Fun Family Vacation

My family stayed a week in this condo and it was great. We have three kids ranging from 3-10 in ages and Splash was the perfect place for kids. From all the activites at Splash and the Wii in our condo, our kids where more than entertained. Thanks for letting us share our family time with you.

Room 1806w was excellent. One thing that should be addressed is the fact that it's a really long walk from parking ramp to the room especially if you are handicap or elderly. Location and the view were awesome and would definitely go back.

Great condo. Perfect view

This condo is perfect. The view is amazing. We loved sitting out at night and enjoying the sunset. The bunkbeds are full size vs twin so plenty of room for kids and teens. Furniture is great. Kitchen is a great size. Master bedroom has a separate entrance to the balcony which was great in the mornings for a great view. The added beach chair service was a huge plus and a big cost savings. This area is close enough to restaurants and the pier but far enough away to not get caught in traffic. Splash has 2 restaurants so if you just want to stay in for the day and grab some burgers it’s a huge time saver. Will definitely be back

Great Condo and Awesome Hosts!

Our kids always love Splash because it has a wonderful pool area and the beach is always beautiful. Splash's location is great too, with many things to do and eat within a ten minute drive. This is our first time staying in this room and our first time staying in a two bedroom condo at Splash and definitely enjoyed it! The condo was beautiful and the owners have done a great job furnishing and decorating it. Our kids really loved the queen bunk bed too. We only had one hiccup, when we discovered a leak that was later found two be coming from two stories above ours. The owners and Splash maintenance were great with very little interruption to our vacation. The owners even made it up to us without us asking for anything for the trouble. Definitely worth the stay and being on the 18th floor this condo is guaranteed to have beautiful views!

Very relaxing!

The condo was perfect and located in Splash resort which gave us access to a pool, hot tub, and a splash pad for our 3 year old. The coffee shop located in the resort has delicious donuts and the chairs provided on the beach were a HUGE plus since we didn’t have to carry additional chairs! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had before we arrived. Thank you guys!

Great beach property

Fantastic unit right on the beach! Don’t let the 18th floor deter you from staying here. We actually had much better luck with the elevators than those on the floors lower. We loved the resort- the coffee shop was so convenient and there was a fantastic donut/pizza/ice cream shop just a mile away called Thomas. The coffee shop even carried some of their donuts! The unit met all of our needs and was such a great place to stay! We will definitely be back here!

Amazing Condo Worth Every Penny!

This Condo at Splash is amazing! The pictures of the property are accurate and show the amenities that you’ll be getting. The owners are quick to respond and are extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again in a second! It is on the 18th Floor of the West building, so you will have some wait time for the elevators, which is the only real drawback from the place. Otherwise, this is a perfect vacation spot to enjoy the beach, the view, and the Panama City Beach life! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!
