Waterledge has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms - a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. The views over Harpswell Sound are magnificent. This new cottage is comfortable and perfect for making family memories.
The cottage is centrally located on the southern coast of Maine - convenient to the charming towns of Brunswick, Bath, and Camden.
Come enjoy the serenity and beauty of Maine with family and friends. Sunsets and lobsters await.
The space
Waterledge is a stand alone cottage overlooking Harpswell sound. It faces due West. It has a first floor primary suite and three bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. There is open kitchen and dining area and a living room with fireplace on the first floor. The laundry and pantry are also on the first floor. Porches wrap around the side and back of the home.
