Welcome to The Pumpkin House!
This stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Mansard-style home is the perfect spot to bring your large family if you're looking for a quiet Mid-Coast Maine vacation. With it's French-inspired architecture this home boasts tall ceilings and windows bringing in lots of natural light to start your mornings off perfectly. Upon entering the home you will notice the newly remodeled family room which has a small wood fireplace for those chilly nights. Off of the family room on the first floor is the dining area followed by the brand new galley style kitchen, living area, newly renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower and first floor primary bedroom with a king size bed. Heading upstairs you will find the second floor bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub and shower and a brand new washer and dryer. Bedrooms 2 and 3 come with queen size beds and of off bedroom 3 is bedroom 4 with a twin trundle bed.
Outside the building is an expansive 1 acre yard perfect for the kids to run around or to throw the ball for the dog. It also has a lighted entertainment area with a firepit for those afternoon/ evening cocktails.
