Newly renovated home, with this house being only 2 blocks away from downtown you are close to activities such as, the Mineral Belt Trail, Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all the local restaurants/shops, Mining Musuem and Turquoise Lake. There are also ski resorts such as Ski Cooper which is ~15 minutes away and Copper Mountain with just a 30-minute drive. There are also two security cameras located on the front of the house, one is pointing towards the trash bin alley side and the other looking towards the front parking.

Nice stay in Leadville

We loved this house for a short stay while skiing at Ski Cooper. The couch and giant TV made for excellent movie viewing after a day on the slopes.

Perfect Stay in Leadville — Highly Recommend

This place was absolutely perfect! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, even steaks. Having two bathrooms was ideal, and the location was unbeatable—just blocks from downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!I went snowboarding at Ski Cooper, and the location was perfect—just a quick 15-minute drive!

Fantastic responses from the property manager

The property manager always replied right away to any questions. But what made him fantastic is when we reached out for where to find a lightbulb and there suddenly was a knock on the door with someone handing me lightbulbs!

Holidays in Colorado

I spent 5 days in the Spruce house during the holidays and I couldn't have felt more at home! The place included all the amenities including a full kitchen where I made lunch every day during my stay. Not to mention it is just a few minutes from the main street and less than 20 from the mountain to snowboard. I definitely recommend!

Clean place near downtown leadville

We really enjoyed our weekend here, we were able to walk to the mining museum and downtown very easily. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The house was very clean, wonderful kitchen, etc. We had trouble finding it though. It was on a one-way street that GPS didn’t seem to know about. The street a block away was closed due to construction. We called the host and he came and showed us how to get to the house.

Nice surprise

The neighborhood was a little bit of a turn off, but it was interesting - what you might expect in a town like Leadville. Inside, the house was lovely! Very comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely place

We came for one night before hiking early in the morning. The house is so cute. The outside is colorful and matched the neighborhood. The inside is brand new and in great shape. There are 2 rooms with a queen bed in each, and another room with 2 single beds. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. There are 2 toilets and baths. I wish we could stay longer. We will definitely be back

Perfect home for a short or long stay

Very close to downtown just two blocks. Was easy to contact the owner to help us extend our stay and waive the second cleaning fee. Very clean, nicely furnished with huge tv, refrigerator, and all the pots pans and dishes to cook a large meal. They even included all the spices that you need to prepare a meal. I recommend this location to anyone wanting to have a base camp to visit many of the popular locations within a 1.5 hr drive or just stay in Leadville to enjoy the trails, train and downtown area.

This property was very clean.It was also a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was also good. We love Leadville and enjoyed our stay at this property!

Great spot

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was perfect for us; easy walk to Harrison. We arrived on a snowy day and path had been thoughtfully shoveled.

Adequate for a get-away

The property was clean & updated. The front steps to the porch were steep with no railing. My husband uses a walker and had some difficulty navigating the spaces. He wasn't able to bring his walker into the bathroom. The spaces are tight. There were no tea bags or sweetener. Little things but it does improve the presentation.

Excellent rental!

What a great spot! Perfectly appointed for a family or friends with 3 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. Was a perfect place to watch the Super Bowl! What a nice kitchen and clearly and updated and well maintained place with a super responsive property manager. Highly recommend!
