I have stayed here 5 times now since 2024 and the only reason it hasn't been more is that I tend to book my trips last minute and this home is always booked up.

We were in Leadville for a wedding. We had 3 generations of family staying in the top house and friends staying in the apartment below. Having run of the entire house was perfect for the kids. The adults would gather at the kitchen table every morning and review the day's activities. At night we would gather at the kitchen table for the 411. Centrally located two blocks from the Freight where the wedding reception was held, it was the perfect spot. The views from the family room/kitchen were spectacular. The property manager was awesome. Great place for a great trip!

Super close to town. We walked to get coffee two mornings. Drove to town for dinner. Best pizza at mile high. Property met our bath and kitchen needs. Clean bbq grill was a plus. Nice wrap around porch and 2 car garage access. Pet friendly which means carpets need a little help. Bed pillows could be refreshed. Stephen was in excellent communication. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Clean, well stocked, gorgeous views and the hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. It had more than everything we needed for our family and dogs! When we come back to the area we definitely plan on staying here again!

We had a great time and enjoyed the space for our family. The host was accommodating during an unfortunate situation with the wildfire. Location was just outside of town but still felt close to everything we had planned. Old school playground just down the road for the kids. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seem endless on their large patio.

The view of the mountains was amazing, sunsets were beautiful. Ski cooper was only ten minutes away with very little traffic. Wonderful restaurants close by and spectacular house with everything just perfect, thank you. Will look forward to staying again in the future!!

The house is a great place to stay when in Leadville. We really enjoyed the distance from downtown, it was an easy walk and remote enough to avoid the traffic.Layout of the house was great for our group, plenty of sleeping space and the deck was a great feature when the weather was nice.
