In Suite Champagne you'll find two spacious king size bedrooms, a beautiful full bath with custom tile, a full kitchen with all new appliances, and a spacious living area with plenty of seating for your whole group. Outside, there is a private deck with seating, perfect for bubbles under the stars. Upstairs is Suite Prosecco, a 1/1 suite with all the same amenities, king bed, full bath with custom tile, a mini kitchen with coffee machine, and a seating area with Samsung Frame TV. Prosecco also has its own private patio with a hot tub and seating area. In addition to all the features of the home, the location is one of the best in town. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Bubbly

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful. My only comment is that the mattresses need to be switched out. Everyone woke up with back pain and my side of the bed was sunken in (as were the other beds according to my friends) The flowers were perfect and the house was better than the pictures. Great choice on sheets and pillows. Thank you!
