Charming 3-bedroom home in East Wenatchee

Welcome to Eleven Eleven. Newly renovated home designed for a relaxing stay. We are conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, bowling and parks. We are steps away from Downtown Wenatchee, Leavenworth, and Chelan. Plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in this area including water sports, golfing, hiking, skiing, and biking. We offer early check-in (1pm) and late check-out (12pm).

The house is designed with easy living in mind. Open floor plan between living room, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Sliding door in the dining area provides easy access to the backyard. Garage is also easily accessible via the door next to the dining area. Furniture throughout the house boosts a mid-century/modern vibe. Each room has a queen size bed and nightstands. One of the bedrooms doubles up as an office with a sit/stand desk, dual monitors, wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Full size stackable washer and dryer are in the hallway closet. There are two full size bathrooms, one is shared and the other is off of a bedroom.

One-car garage can be opened via the inside. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway and off-street parking.
You are welcome to use the camping chairs in the garage to sit outside in the backyard. Please place chairs back in the garage when done.

Beautiful, comfortable home!

We stayed for 5 days with our 4 kids and had a blast. It was much more affordable to stay here and travel in to Leavenworth, which was our main destination. There was LOTS to do in Wenatchee though, with almost every store and restaurant within a 10 min drive. Ivan and Alba were great hosts!

Better than expected

The house was very clean and updated. Accommodations were more than adequate and the whole family was very pleasantly surprised.Keurig coffee maker was a definite plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful open concept living-kitchen area. Nice, modern, well appointed bathrooms. The entire property is well maintained and very clean.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

You can tell this house was recently renovated. Everything looked and felt brand new. The house was spotless and the attention to detail down to the way the utensils were placed in the kitchen drawer was amazing. It was the perfect size for 3 couples. There's plenty of parking, including use of the garage. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. The shared bathroom is small but has a tub/shower. The master bath is larger with a very nice, large shower. It was nice to have plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The backyard is huge with a nice patio table and chairs. Communication with Alba was great. She always responded quickly. The house was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful little home

We rented this property for Christmas as we traveled here to see family. It is a beautifully done, completed renovated home that was perfect for our famly of 4. It is not big, but exactly what we needed. Every inch of this house is new and beautifully done. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable - my adult kids said that there were going to miss how much they loved sleeping there! It has as huge back yard that we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of. Located just off Grant road so easy and quick to get anywhere. We would 100% stay here again!
