Cozy-cabin feel to this newly renovated, exceptionally furnished, house. Quiet wooded setting with lake views and access.
-Exceptional golf at Tullymore Golf Course and St Ives Golf club within 5-minute drive.
-Two local wineries within 10 minutes.
-Located in the Canadian Lakes area, midway between Ferris State University and Central Michigan University.
-Lake access is for registered guests ONLY.
-2 seated paddle boat, paddle board and 2 kayaks available to use during your stay.
-Guests can access paddle boat, paddle board & kayaks from Wood dock. Dock space available on wood dock, if you bring your own boat; limited to 20 ft length.
-Pontoon is available for guided evening lake rides upon request for an additional fee.
-Yard games available to use such as corn hole, bocci ball, Can Jam, etc.
-Fire pit in backyard.
-Available propane grill during summer season.
-House is fully furnished with start-up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & tea.

Amazing moms only getaway

A friend since college and I stayed for a long weekend. The purpose was to celebrate my 50th birthday and to rest, relax, and create. Both of us are or were elementary teachers and busy wives and moms. We absolutely LOVED staying in this beautiful home to enjoy crafts and a quiet town to explore.

Worked out great for us

Location was great, only 10 minutes from the venue we were going to for the weekend - everything was very clean, updated, and beds were comfy. They even let us check in a little early! A great short stay!

They have spared no expense in the details . Everything was beyond our expectations, Soft fluffy towels,comfortable beds, washer and dryer, Beautiful full bath.Quiet and serene.The backyard area was perfect. great area to stay . Highly recomend

Wheatland 2024

We've been using short term rentals while attending the Wheatland Music Festival for many years and this home was the nicest by far. The cottage is very fresh, clean, bright, warm, welcoming & well appointed.

This is a perfect place for vacation. The house is fully furnished and full supply inside, with many decorated pictures and deer statues make us feel like living in our home. Environment area are quiet and clean, Host is just across the street and provide help if needed instantly. This give another point. We would come back if there is a chance and also strongly recommend to others.

Relaxing and Cozy Winter Visit

Our family of four (Dad, Mom, 13 year old, and 10 year old) stayed for a week during our Christmas vacation and this beautiful property was perfect for us. The decor was spot on and everything we needed for our visit was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a restful night's sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was so nice. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to questions. If we need a place to stay in the area again, we will first be looking to see if this one is available.

Great Spot for a long weekend

We loved this home. The best thing I can say is the pictures don't do it justice. It is spotless like immaculate! Everything you need and Do is a wonderful host. YOu have access to the water across the street from his gorgeous home. Great for families, golfers, and leaf peepers!

What a beautiful setting! Hosts were fantastic and friendly…..the house was immaculate…..furnishings were new……took the opportunity to get out on the lake…..paddle board…..kayaks…..a real relaxing weekend. We will be back!

Cozy Cabin

We loved our stay. The cabin was new, clean and first class. Coming from Florida, we enjoyed the Up North décor and attention to details. Don and Yolanda were great hosts. Highly recommend the home and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Hosts and Property

Lovely Cozy Cabin

We were at school section lake for a family reunion. My family owns a house on the lake so we needed additional space for sleeping. We were so lucky to have found Yolanda and Don’s cabin. It was very clean, comfortable, charming, and the best VRBO I have ever rented.
